Thank you Dr. Gundry for an "eye-opening" education on olive oils! Had basic understanding from general sources, regarding the dilution of oils found in our US markets, however, no idea as to how to tease out from all the marketing, which products were optimal!
So my thanks are two-fold. Education with a delightful olive oil!
