I have been using Primal Plants for about four weeks now. I found the product to improve my digestion and enhance my metabolism, resulting in a higher energy level and better digestive functioning.

Although this is not the most important aspect of the product to me, the Primal Plants have a refreshing and pleasant taste.

I would certainly recommend the product to anyone who wants to improve digestive health and increase energy level.

After a hard year of being extremely busy in my personal and work life, my energy level was “draggy.” I knew that I had to find a way to feel better so that I could keep up with my life and keeping up was becoming a struggle. I saw Dr. Gundry on the Dr. Oz Show and was curious so ordered his book and became interested in the supplements.

Over the last few weeks after starting Primal Plants, my energy has increased, my digestion is much better, and I am sleeping better. I am craving more leafy greens.

I love the taste of Primal Plants. Sometimes. I keep water mixed with my daily dose of Primal Plants on my desk and drink it gradually, and sometimes I put it in the morning smoothie.

I received a call from one of their people who asked how I was doing with Vital Reds and wanted me to order more. I explained that I had a seven-month supply on hand as I had ordered three and was auto shipped twice more before I was able to stop the auto shipment. He then spoke about Primal Plants, which I agreed to order six and he would provide one free to match my remaining inventory of Vital Reds.

I compared the ingredients between both products and was disappointed to read that they are almost identical, although Primal Plants has a couple of additional ingredients.

I am using both products, and I have been for approximately two plus weeks. I take both products in the morning, one after the other, and certainly am provided with an energy boost. I intend to get my cholesterol checked after using Primal Plants for a month in the hopes it is reducing, as I really would like to avoid statins, etc. I suffer from varicose veins in my legs and am hoping that these products will assist with increased circulation.

I have no complaints but am wondering if I am just doubling up using both Vital Reds and Primal Plants.

I've been using Primal Plants for some months now and it is amazing the changes I have noticed in my skin and face. It's more clean and free of the dark spots I was dealing with for months, until one time I saw Dr. Gundry talking about his products and decided to give it a try. And I'm so happy I did. I can really see the changes in my face and my friends are telling me my face looks very pretty. Also, my digestion is excellent.

I wear contact lenses for distance clarity and have been ignoring that I might need a prescription upgrade for a while.

I do take a probiotic, so my system is used to a number of the ingredients in Primal Plants already, but I felt springy, alive and clear with Primal Plants. My only taste review is it was a bit sweet for me! I am wondering what the natural ingredients is? It tastes Stevia-ish. I'd try Coconut Palm sweets and Aloha.

I have only been using Primal Plants for a week, so this is only a preliminary review, but my initial impression is that the mixture is a bit sweet, but palatable, particularly for a mix of greens, which is a notoriously noxious tasting powder! I have avoided sweetness for a couple of years, so I really notice sweetness. My experience might be different than other people's experience of the product

I mix Primal Plants with Vital Reds and PrebioThrive as part of a morning beverage. It is good enough that I have been having a second smaller serving later in the day as well. I haven't had any adverse effects (sometimes my digestive system has been sensitive to sweeteners or spices), and I'm feeling good.

I have been eating very healthy for many years. I desired more greens without the digestive issues of eating salad etc., and Primal Plants provides those nutrients while also assisting with a metabolism boost and digestive benefits. I really like it! I used it with Vital Reds in the mornings but decided yesterday to take Vital Reds in the morning and wait until lunch to take the Primal Plants to spread out the metabolic and digestive benefits over the course of the day.

I can't wait to see the results. I still eat regular food, but this is helpful in giving me the confidence that I am getting all the nutrients I need that regardless of the "quantity" of food I ingest. Being 61, I don't need as much to eat, even though I play tennis a bit and do slow motion workouts with a coach two days a week and do get more hungry on those days, but I also have some whey protein that also supplements me on those days, as well as throughout the week.

At first, I didn't know if the supplement caused my blood pressure to rise (10%). I called and was assured that they wouldn't think so, but they couldn't advise me on this matter. I took the supplement in reduced doses for the first week and after ward the regular amount, no side effects. My grandson says, "Papa, your skin looks great, what are you doing?" I showed him the pamphlet, and he says it looks like it is working.

At 88 I've always had plenty of energy and no disabilities, but I do think the supplement does give you a slight added edge. I'm not tired or exhausted after doing the manual work that I still do (yard work, carpenter work, and just plain labor). I take it every day at mid-morning, that seems to work best for me. Good product.

I felt a burst of energy on the very first day of using the Primal Plants, but it took me a while to start enjoying the taste though. But now after a week, I enjoy the taste as well. Even my son shared a sip or two and liked it. I feel better overall and some difference in my skin too, on the better side of course.

My husband has just started taking it, although he did not feel a difference immediately, but I am hoping this product will help with his cardiac health after continuous use, so I can comment on that after at least two months, once we get his blood work done. Going to order another jar soon!

Very good for digestive system. Feel great after taking it. Pleasant taste, easy to prepare. System evacuation seems faster and feels the cleansing effect, definitely. I take it in the morning with Kombucha, and it has a great taste. I am still waiting to see visible results of skin clearing, not to say I had many handicaps there, but still, this is how you advertised the product. I am taking the Primal Plants and the Vital Reds daily for the past two weeks. I started both of them because my nutritional status was poor post an operation of a knee replacement. I need another knee replacement after the first of the year, and I want my nutritional status to be much improved.

After two weeks I have not noticed a burst of energy that some claim to have. It has cleared my skin considerably. I had a small staff infection at the base of my nose that I was having difficulty with and it is all gone. I am hoping that my LDL comes down with my next lab draw in December.
