My husband and I started taking this product almost a month ago now, and I can honestly say that it has helped us both very much. We both have more energy, less gas and bloating and seem more mentally alert. As far as it helping skin issues, I have not noticed anything along that line, but as I said, it has only been short of a month, so I'll give it more time.
