This is a good idea but it has a few bugs in it, although it has gotten much better in the last 9 months. The dresses and skirts, for the most part, fit pretty well and the items are fairly nice quality. The sizes on some of the items are slightly off. But GB is now giving you a percent of how close the sizes are, so that helps a bit. It would be nice if maybe one time a year (on the anniversary of your membership) they gave you a special reward. Like a 200 extra points or $5.00 off an item, etc. I have enjoyed my membership, because I have had a chance to try some new styles, colors, prints I would normally not look at. Thanks Gwynnie Bee!

Been a member since 2015, the choices are amazing, so many high-end options all in my size and to my door! The few times I've had to contact customer service they have been awesome. The only reason I can't give five stars is that recently the time for my box to be sent out has gone from a day to two days a couple of times longer and I have 80+ items in my closet.

GB has completely changed the way I think about clothes and getting dressed for work each morning. I used to wear the same clothes over and over - in the same pallet of black and grey. I have now reduced to just a staple wardrobe and rely on GB for 3-4 outfits a week. I have been very happy with the selection- though I would like to see more dresses with sleeves - the size ranges and styles. Not everything is my taste, but it is a simple way to try new styles without being committed. Shipping is fast and I feel like I always have something new to wear!

I have been using GB for about 2 years. I like it because it allows me to have newness in my wardrobe without too much financial or space commitment. It allows me to try new brands and experiment wish fashion with less of a risk.

I do feel, for the amount of money I pay, that I am less "wowed" with the products than I used to be. I would say at least 65% of the new arrivals are too boring/basic for me to want to closet. I can’t remember the last time I wore something from you guys that I absolutely couldn’t live without.

I would really like GB to incorporate more edgy, unique pieces in their collection. Like some of the funkier but still sophisticated pieces from ModCloth, City Chic, and Eloquii. I wish you guys still worked with ASOS Curve. Maybe some more indie brands.

I’d also like to see you collaborate with brands and come out with capsule collections that are bringing something new to plus-size fashion and making clothes that fat women want to wear available.

I think it would be cool to be able to rent swimsuits in the summer. I don’t know what hygiene risks are there.

Lastly, I always want to advocate for brands to go up in their sizing. I know you opened up your size range to straight size customers and while I think it’s great, if you want to reach even more people, there is a huge demographic for super fat people who desperately need clothing options!

I LOVE always having something new and different to wear! I’ve been a member for 4 years and no other clothing subscription compares as far as options and trends. My only complaint is the turn around time to get your next item. Even if I mark as returned and scan the tracking code on the return, it takes 5-7 days to get my next time. For example, I marked something as returned Wednesday and it is now Saturday and they haven’t even started my next box. This definitely needs improvement and would make a 4 star into a 5 star!

This has been a (mostly) great experience to have a new outfit nearly every day at work. The brand carried are fun and fresh, and it’s been nice to experiment with different styles. The only caveat is there are a LOT more brands that do not have or no longer carry my size, so many times I am unable to closet more than 1-2 things per "New Release" (which usually has 10-15 items). This starts to feel like shopping as it was, the kind of shopping I was hoping to avoid, where I wistfully looked through racks and racks of clothes and was constantly disappointed that brands didn’t care to cater to me or maybe didn’t feel my body size/shape would "look good" or represent them well. Essentially, I’m too fat, even for fat, and there’s a lot of social stigma attached to that.

Ultimately, I gave Gwynnie Bee 4 stars because it’s still such a great service. About a year ago it would have been 5 stars. My opinion is going downhill, and will continue to do so until GB remembers its roots in plus size fashion and caters to all large shapes and sizes.

I love Gwynnie Bee! The only downside is getting specific tops and bottoms sent at the same time so they can be worn together. It would be nice to be able to receive pieces to make an outfit together.

Pros: Changed the way I think about clothes, gave me ideas to step outside my boring old fashion choices, boosted my confidence, provides casual to extra special garments I normally wouldn't purchase, when it's running as it should...it's amazing and I love it!

Cons: Inconsistency with shipping and uncloseting returns, not adhering to the 48-hour policy with getting in my at home and ready to ship, sending damaged or soiled items, not retiring overly worn things, hard to navigate app and mobile website, choosing professional photographs, and the same members over and over to highlight in the blog and on social media.

Bottom line: Gwynnie Bee has been/is a great service for me. I am dressing better and wearing a higher quality of clothes than ever before. I plan on us to continue this happy arrangement for years to come.

Gwynnie Bee has been pretty good. I have found, and purchased, some really great items that I might not have seen or selected otherwise. Some items have gone back out in the mail the same day! I do wish shipping or processing was quicker. It seems like the turn around has gotten longer to get new items.

Recently, I have found that lots of items have been unavailable in my size. There is no way to save the item so I can't always go back to check and see if it has become available.

I do suggest friends try their service. They do have a lot of great brands and its really nice to get to try things out with no trips to the store. Sometimes things won't fit or will be different than you expected. I have found new brands that I wouldn't have tried otherwise.

I hope that they increase their inventory so I can try some of the items that are unavailable and that they find a way to make shipping/processing a bit quicker between boxes.

Gwynnie Bee has provided me with the convenience of having a varied dress wardrobe as a pastor's wife on Sundays. I always find it difficult to find one thing to wear on Sunday morning until Gwynnie Bee offered its services. I now am able to wake up and just know with confidence what to wear. While most things fit to my liking, there are some cons. I wish there were more benefits to longtime members like a discount on subscription. I also only get 2 pieces for a very hefty almost $75 per month fee. I wish it could be a little lower or I could get the "grandfathered" price. Gwynnie Bee also takes sometimes too long to send an item I really want and it ends up going out of season. Overall, Gwynnie Bee has been good to me. I just wish the price was lower.

I'm so glad Gwynnie started carrying all sizes! I live rurally and have found that Gwynnie is a great way to have new clothes all the time but not waste money internet shopping. I loveeee Gwynnie. Customer service is AWESOME - if there is an issue they always take care of it and compensate, whether it’s a glitch in the app, an issue with my account or something not being sent out fast enough. I have have been using Gwynnie since June and can’t imagine going back! Also, this has been a reasonable middle ground with my BF where I can spend a certain amount of money on clothing and send it back versus just pile clothing that I don’t wear in my closet...he loves it too!

Everyone is always complimenting me on my clothing and how I have such great style...it is all because of Gwynnie Bee. I have enjoyed Gwynnie Bee. I’ve been a member for about three years and have built my closet and used the service for special functions and work occasions. I would like to see lower prices on some of the garments - generally that is why I don’t keep things - they’re nice, but out of my price range to keep. Also, I would like to see more eco-friendly packaging besides the cardboard boxes and plastic bags. I’ve used Rent the Runway for formal events and I like their fabric tote bag method. I’d love to see GB do something similar.

Having a Gwynnie Bee subscription has been life changing for me! It is a never-ending supply of clothes that are fashionable and fit me so well. Both things I hadn’t experience much in plus sizes before Gwynnie Bee!

I have new clothes to wear every week and have gained so much confidence in this process. I have also purchased quite a few of the items I absolutely love from my boxes and from the outlet at amazing prices, most under $30! I have to do less laundry and have learned about so many brands.

The customer service is outstanding. I am very sensitive to perfumes and have had to send back a number of items that smelled of perfume. Each time they have been very responsive and usually upgrade my subscription for a period of time as an apology. I

love that but would love it even more if they just fixed this quality control issue.

I think the ideal box size is three items at a time, but I generally can’t afford that. If money was no object I would do a three or four items at a time subscription!

Gwynnie Bee has changed my life. I have been with them for almost five years. I have been promoted at work three times during this time because I always dressed like the job I wanted. I have been with GB during most of its growth and GB did hit snags with slow delivery issues at times of transition and holidays. However, I was always compensated and my feedback was taken seriously. I would recommend to keep track of your returns using the USPS app. This service is perfect for folks who change sizes often and love to explore new fashion. Also, it would be great to be able to choose your next shipments. You are more likely to get new collection arrivals shipped all the time and must keep adding clothes to your closet, I have over 500 items in my closet.

I originally signed up for Gwynnie Bee to find a dress for a family wedding. I planned to discontinue after the free trial, but I loved the items I received. I've been with them for 7 months now. I have found the clothes to be much more stylish, comfortable and higher quality than my local stores. I have to travel for an hour to find stores with any style and then the selection is so sparse. Gwynnie Bee home delivery has allowed me to shop from home, something I found I really enjoy. I appreciate the different size models in the clothing reviews, this gives me a better idea of how it may look on me. My only complaint is the monthly price of the membership, but I will be honest, I'm cheap. The deals they give on the clothing makes it worthwhile. I have looked at other online clothing services but I love the control Gwynnie Bee gives you in choosing what is sent to your home. I couldn't have it any other way. I’ve loved my Gwynnie Bee subscription for three years now. And I love that they expanded their size range to be inclusive of smaller sizes. I had been sad that I would be sized out as I lost weight, but with the expanded size range I can still use this great service to try new things and experiment with my look. However, the account management experience leaves something to be desired. I think it’s ludicrous that I have to make a phone call to suspend or cancel my account. This is literally the only subscription service I use that I am unable to cancel, suspend, skip months, etc. on my own within the app. It feels like my internet service provider is trying to milk more money from me. Makes for a very unpleasant customer experience.

I've been with Gwynnie for about 4 years (I think?) and have enjoyed the service. I like that it's a rental program with an option to buy rather than a box where I pick what to buy and send the rest back. I've kept a dress for 3 months and returned it at the end of a season; other items are one and done. I don't keep much in my closet, around 20-25 items tops (I'm on a 5-item at a time plan) because I periodically curate what I've got, get rid of out-of-season items, etc. It helps to ensure that I don't get too many things that I send back without wearing. That said, it does happen sometimes. I find that returning with the app (where I can scan the return mail bar code) helps me get my next box faster.

Renting clothes from Gwynnie Bee changed my life. I had gotten into a rut of wearing fairly dark colors, the colors I thought looked best on me: black, burgundy, purple, green, brown. I thought I dressed pretty well; quirky and put together.

I kept seeing ads pop up for GB, so I finally decided to give it a try. I added dresses to my closet and excitedly waited for my first box to arrive. It contained 3 black dresses, but there were polka dots and flowers. Nothing outside my comfort zone.

Then something happened. I started adding dresses in colors I'd never considered before. Pink! Blue! And it was fun. Fashion should be fun. And I discovered these new colors worked on me and made me smile.

Also, something else special happened. I started a Facebook community for The Girls of GB and I met so many other women who were kind and caring. We formed a little family that went beyond the clothes.

If you familiarize yourself with how the process works, and make sure you understand how to use the system, Gwynnie Bee can be an amazing service. I love that I can wear any of the items as many times as I want and don't have to buy them unless I want to. I am super tempted to up the amount of items I get because the more you get, the better value it is. I would say two things would make the service better - offer some higher end or trendier clothing (maybe there is a $2 item up charge or something) and speed up turn around shipping times. Even if I notify, scan, and ship same day it sometimes takes nearly a week to receive new items.

Tips to users - KEEP YOUR CLOSET UPDATED and notify when you are returning items. It makes all the difference. Also, check out clearance often, I have gotten some really killer deals.

Personally, I love GwynnieBee. I joined when I was a much larger size because I knew Gwynnie Bee carried brands like Igigi and Kiyonna that fit my body well. Being a plus size woman doesn't mean that you have to look frumpy, but the clothing industry doesn't cater to larger women and being a busy working woman, Gwynnie Bee was a lifesaver! Not only do you get the convenience of having everything shipped to your doorstep but you are introduced to a plethora of amazing designers like eShakti, Effie's Heart, Leota, Cherry Velvet, Alfani and so many more. You can try, enjoy, choose to buy or send back for the next person to enjoy. There is also the added benefit of the GB Shop. The only thing I would do differently is have the ability to purchase items that are in your closet that have not been sent to you yet. I personally love Gwynnie Bee and have recommended them to several different individuals and get so many compliments on my wardrobe since utilizing their service.

Shopping for clothing used to be so stressful before I found Gwynnie Bee! Now, I enjoy clothes shopping. With Gwynnie Bee, I sit at home, select several options, and the clothing is shipped to my home. If I don't like it, I just put it in a prepaid bag and return. If I DO like it, I can wear it, return it, and a new piece is shipped to my home for me to try. Best of all, if I LOVE IT, I can purchase (often at a discount!). The only downside is you don't know when a specific outfit will be shipped, so it's not convenient for planning for a special occasion. However, you will find yourself trying new styles and brands without any obligation to purchase. I especially love the "style inspiration" section to see how others have styled the clothing.
