    Great service, but in app account management needs work

    Overall Experience:

    I’ve loved my Gwynnie Bee subscription for three years now. And I love that they expanded their size range to be inclusive of smaller sizes. I had been sad that I would be sized out as I lost weight, but with the expanded size range I can still use this great service to try new things and experiment with my look. However, the account management experience leaves something to be desired. I think it’s ludicrous that I have to make a phone call to suspend or cancel my account. This is literally the only subscription service I use that I am unable to cancel, suspend, skip months, etc. on my own within the app. It feels like my internet service provider is trying to milk more money from me. Makes for a very unpleasant customer experience.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
