I've been doing this for a few years and it's been such a wonderful experience. I just LOVE receiving my Gwynnie Bee packages in the mail. I get an email notification that my box is on the way. I can't wait to wear the items - mostly to work, and I ALWAYS receive compliments.

I've always been a little self-conscious about my weight and wearing these beautiful new clothes has helped boost my confidence. Returning items is so easy - just put them in the purple bag and mail them back. Of course, I've purchased several items, too.

Finally - the customer service at Gwynnie Bee is exceptional. Never had a single problem and they're always so willing to help if I need anything.

Being a part of the Gwynnie Bee service has been a useful and fun experience. I usually dread clothes shopping, but by reading reviews and looking at the size recommendations, I have mostly received items that fit well. On the few occasions I received a bad fitting item, it's usually of my own doing. If I have an issue, which is rare, Gwynnie Bee has been great at solving a problem. Oh, and the clearance items are a steal!

As someone who loves to wear different things but can't justify continually buying clothes that I may not wear more than a couple of times, Gwynnie Bee has been a FANTASTIC discovery! Particularly for me, as a plus-sized woman.

Shop their very well-stocked website, put items that you'd like to try in your virtual "closet," then wait for your package to arrive. Try, then either return or buy at a discount, with some returned items available for purchase again later. Love it! Thank you, Gwynnie Bee.

Their customer service is quick to answer any questions. They usually ship a new product quickly. I love the points system and use it all the time to purchase clothes. The clothes are higher quality and when they are on sale, super great pricing.

I wish they had tops and bottoms available in more colors. It seems most of what they have in tops and bottoms is black.

They have tons of dresses but I tend to wear more slacks and tops so would like to see a great variety there.

When I accepted a new job almost three years ago, I found myself needing a more professional wardrobe. Gwynnie Bee has been the very best gift I have given myself. I am able to look professional and feel great daily. I love to be able to wear beautifully tailored, well-made clothing that I have the option to buy if I so choose. GB does an amazing job with accuracy in sizing. Also, it is beyond convenient to be able to just pop my dress(es) back in the bag and off it goes to GB. It's fantastic! I love my GB subscription and am so grateful to look professional without breaking the bank.

I discovered Gwynnie Bee one morning when I couldn't sleep. The infomercial that was playing at 4:00 am was like the answer to a prayer. I'm at a weight that I'm not happy with and I didn't want to own a bunch of clothes in my current size. Being able to rent clothes, and of course, buy them if I want to, was the perfect answer. I signed up that day and have never looked back. I get 9-12 items per month and I have purchased about a dozen items since joining Gwynnie Bee around two years ago. I get so many compliments on my Gwynnie Bee clothing and I'm always telling friends and family about GB. One of the decisions I've ever made.

I was one of those people who thought it was too good to be true. So, I looked around the site for about two years before finally signing up. I saw so many nice dresses (I love dresses) I couldn't resist.

So I signed up for the free trial. The first two items I received I bought.

And so two years later, I no longer buy dresses from stores. All of my dresses come from Gwynnie Bee. I get lots of complement on my clothes. In the two years since becoming a member of this club, I have purchased about 40 items. The sales are the best. I have dresses that I've paid $5 for. This club is the best. I've tried two other clubs and a rent a site. Gwynnie Bee is the best and most affordable.

Absolutely fantastic. So glad that I joined. Wonderful way to try something new. Also, a great way to find an old staple you're always sure to love. Some of the items can be a little pricey, and not quite worth it. For the most part but I always adopt with something I love. If I find it too expensive, I can wear it for a little while enjoying it, and send it back.

I would have to say that my experience with Gwynnie Bee has always been great, because I have only had customer service issues approximately five times in the five years that I have been a member. My shipments arrive promptly, the quality of the clothing is worth the monthly fee, and I love buying clothing that fits me at deeply discounted prices!

I would definitely encourage women to try out the membership! I started off with one garment, and if I had extra money, I would buy a three-month upgrade, so I'd have two garments coming out to me for the three months, before it reverted back to one garment at a time.

I signed up for Gwynnie Bee over four years ago as a gift to myself. I was a great clearance shopper for clothes, however, my wardrobe and look reflected clearance. My career was taking off and looking polished each day is essential to representing myself appropriately. Gwynnie Bee has taken my look up and make me able to try more looks and items than I would if required to purchase. I do typically buy at least one at home item each month. Additionally, Gwynnie Bee has seen me through numerous vacations that I previously would have needed to make significant purchases for, and pregnancy allowing me to change sizing as my belly grew! I love Gwynnie Bee and am telling my friends about the opportunity it is!

I have been using Gwynnie Bee for several months now...and I highly recommend trying it out.

I signed up with this service because I started to lose weight about a year ago and found that I was going through clothes/sizes at an alarming rate. This gave me a viable alternative to buying new work clothes every month. I was able to supplement my closet with nice pieces that I could wear to work, and for ones that I absolutely loved, I could pick them up at a very reasonable price.

I have bought several pieces over the last few months (as my weight loss has slowed down a bit) and with one exception, I have paid less than $20 for each item (the other was a dress that I just had to have at $35.00). They also have a rewards program where you can earn points and redeem them on items you purchase making it an even better deal. There are even items you can pick up for under $10 - typically an returned favorites/final sale type deal.

I really enjoy the variety of clothing and trying brands that I didn't know existed for plus sizing. I have ended up with a newfound love for dresses and the ease in which I can get ready for work wearing one! Most everything I have received has been in good shape. Once you get used to the brand sizing, closeting becomes easier and more reliable fit when received.

If I had a complaint, it would be the monthly fee is a bit steep, especially if you are prone to holding onto an item you love to wear it multiple times or in hopes the pricing goes down (the pricing is what they consider "dynamic" which basically means they are charging a higher price for an item that is in a lot of people's closets). I tend to try on, wear and return within a day of getting my box. This makes it better, but I don't know that the pricing makes it a sustainable option for most.

I have been a member since the beginning of June 2014 on and off and I just love everything about Gwynnie Bee. I love the new styles, I love the ease of returning the clothing after I wear them, I love the dresses that I receive every week, the causal and business styles, I love that the clothing I receive is always clean, and I love to buy the dresses at discount prices when the dresses are out of rotation. I have been a member of Gwynnie Bee for 3+ years and have enjoyed almost every step of the process. I joined after I had my first child because I was larger than my regular pre-pregnancy clothes. I didn't want to purchase a whole new wardrobe because I intended to lose the baby weight. I work in a professional setting so looking good is important to my corporate image. Even once my regular clothes fit again, I enjoyed the flexibility and lack of laundry that the service provided. I especially love that the brands FIT well and the sizing options make sense. Very rarely do I get items that don't fit. So I decided to stay with Gwynnie Bee.

When I got pregnant with my second child, it was great to be able to rent real clothes in bigger sizes that "grew" with me instead of buying more maternity clothes. I was able to remain fashionable instead of frumpy which is really helpful when the hormones are messing with your self-image. The only criticism I have is that I could not "pause" my membership when I was on maternity leave. I would like to have paused it for the 3 months I spent on my couch with my newborn in pajamas. I was basically continuing to pay for a service I wasn't using because I didn't want to lose my "lock-in" price. There are other times, like when money is tight, or I am on vacation that I would like to pause the membership for a few weeks instead of outright canceling. I think this would be a valuable option to offer your customers and it would help customer retention. Even Facebook lets you take a break with temporary deactivation. Most subscriptions let you "skip a month" or pause your membership.

Once I returned to work after my second c, I definitely felt my professionalism and confidence return by having more wardrobe options. I also loved the addition of the "returned favorites" option. There are items I returned that I ended up purchasing later when they dropped in price. It was great to be able to buy items I already knew I loved to add as staples to my wardrobe. Often at great prices that the original manufacturer doesn't offer. I would suggest you allow people to X out or remove the returned favorites they know they won't purchase. I don't like seeing the same dresses appear in that section when I know I don't want to buy them. I'd rather be able to remove them so you can suggest something else I would love instead.

Overall, I love this service and find it very valuable. I regularly recommend it to coworkers and friends who admire my outfits. I think you have a great company and would love to provide more feedback if requested.

I've been a Gwynnie Bee subscriber for about 2 years, and I absolutely love it. I've bought several of the pieces I've rented, plus other items from the Gwynnie Bee shop. I like the number and variety of items to chose from. I also like being able to rent items outside my comfort zone, so I don't have to commit to buying something that I might not like. The subscription price is ok - not great, but not too expensive, IMO.

The prices were great, the variety was awesome, and the customer service was top notch. It's been 5 years and I'm just as excited to receive a box as I was when I joined. The prices have gone up since 2014, but it's an investment that is well worth the money. With new styles being added every few days, I know I'll always look great and be ready for any occasion. I've recommended GB to all my friends and the compliments are always abounding when I'm in one of the garments. I stumbled across this service and thought I'd give it a try. I was trying to up my game and how I present myself at work. That was three years ago.

I was a bit skeptical and the first thing I did when I got my first order was given it the sniff test - you know what I mean. These clothes have been worn before and I wanted to make sure they were really dry cleaned. Check - no residue from someone else's perfume, smoke or other odor.

Next challenge - can all of these clothes really fit? If I go to the store, I spend hours trying on and discarding options. Guess what they worked. I mean they really worked. I could wear every dress and they looked good (most better than good).

Now the styles and quality - these are not dresses that you buy at a discount store for $12.99. These are designer made items that are well made and thought out. They are stylish and trendy. Let's be honest, styles change, and after a couple of years, we don't wear the same clothes. Also, when you work in an office, you just can't wear the same dress every Friday - at least I can't. And the best part is that people notice when you look good and put together. I get many compliments on what I wear, but just as important is how I present myself on behalf of my employer is important. I just got a big promotion, and while I was definitely qualified I know that how I looked played a part in how I represent myself, looking and feeling confident is so important!

Lastly, it happens to us all - I have gained a bit of weight over the last year. But even though my dress size has fluctuated a bit, I still have a fabulous wardrobe waiting for me in my virtual closet. And when I drop those few pounds, I don't have to start over, I will just update my size and keep on dressing for success!

I joined Gwynnie Bee when they were new and the concept was just taking off. I fell in love instantly, while creating my profile and building my closet. Building my closet was like going on a shopping spree that I could never afford, I couldn't get over the name brands that were offered. I received my first package just a few days later and was impressed with the packaging. I knew the brands that I was getting, but to be able to actually wear them was amazing. The fit and comfort are in a class of their own, compared to bargain shopping. I'm a single mom who didn't allow a clothing budget for myself, Gwynnie Bee helped me with that and I'm grateful.

I have been very happy for the most part with Gwynnie Bee. Their customer service is great. And I really enjoy the clothes, I have bought quite a few pieces because I like them so much. Prices, for the most part, are not too bad. Some are pretty pricey, but I usually wait till the price comes down.

There have been a couple of pieces that I have been disappointed with. The quality, some are very worn out. But most are great. So all in all, I love Gwynnie Bee.
