I have been using Gwynnie Bee for several months now...and I highly recommend trying it out.

I signed up with this service because I started to lose weight about a year ago and found that I was going through clothes/sizes at an alarming rate. This gave me a viable alternative to buying new work clothes every month. I was able to supplement my closet with nice pieces that I could wear to work, and for ones that I absolutely loved, I could pick them up at a very reasonable price.

I have bought several pieces over the last few months (as my weight loss has slowed down a bit) and with one exception, I have paid less than $20 for each item (the other was a dress that I just had to have at $35.00). They also have a rewards program where you can earn points and redeem them on items you purchase making it an even better deal. There are even items you can pick up for under $10 - typically an returned favorites/final sale type deal.

I really enjoy the variety of clothing and trying brands that I didn't know existed for plus sizing. I have ended up with a newfound love for dresses and the ease in which I can get ready for work wearing one! Most everything I have received has been in good shape. Once you get used to the brand sizing, closeting becomes easier and more reliable fit when received.

If I had a complaint, it would be the monthly fee is a bit steep, especially if you are prone to holding onto an item you love to wear it multiple times or in hopes the pricing goes down (the pricing is what they consider "dynamic" which basically means they are charging a higher price for an item that is in a lot of people's closets). I tend to try on, wear and return within a day of getting my box. This makes it better, but I don't know that the pricing makes it a sustainable option for most.

I have been a member since the beginning of June 2014 on and off and I just love everything about Gwynnie Bee. I love the new styles, I love the ease of returning the clothing after I wear them, I love the dresses that I receive every week, the causal and business styles, I love that the clothing I receive is always clean, and I love to buy the dresses at discount prices when the dresses are out of rotation. I have been a member of Gwynnie Bee for 3+ years and have enjoyed almost every step of the process. I joined after I had my first child because I was larger than my regular pre-pregnancy clothes. I didn't want to purchase a whole new wardrobe because I intended to lose the baby weight. I work in a professional setting so looking good is important to my corporate image. Even once my regular clothes fit again, I enjoyed the flexibility and lack of laundry that the service provided. I especially love that the brands FIT well and the sizing options make sense. Very rarely do I get items that don't fit. So I decided to stay with Gwynnie Bee.

When I got pregnant with my second child, it was great to be able to rent real clothes in bigger sizes that "grew" with me instead of buying more maternity clothes. I was able to remain fashionable instead of frumpy which is really helpful when the hormones are messing with your self-image. The only criticism I have is that I could not "pause" my membership when I was on maternity leave. I would like to have paused it for the 3 months I spent on my couch with my newborn in pajamas. I was basically continuing to pay for a service I wasn't using because I didn't want to lose my "lock-in" price. There are other times, like when money is tight, or I am on vacation that I would like to pause the membership for a few weeks instead of outright canceling. I think this would be a valuable option to offer your customers and it would help customer retention. Even Facebook lets you take a break with temporary deactivation. Most subscriptions let you "skip a month" or pause your membership.

Once I returned to work after my second c, I definitely felt my professionalism and confidence return by having more wardrobe options. I also loved the addition of the "returned favorites" option. There are items I returned that I ended up purchasing later when they dropped in price. It was great to be able to buy items I already knew I loved to add as staples to my wardrobe. Often at great prices that the original manufacturer doesn't offer. I would suggest you allow people to X out or remove the returned favorites they know they won't purchase. I don't like seeing the same dresses appear in that section when I know I don't want to buy them. I'd rather be able to remove them so you can suggest something else I would love instead.

Overall, I love this service and find it very valuable. I regularly recommend it to coworkers and friends who admire my outfits. I think you have a great company and would love to provide more feedback if requested.

I've been a Gwynnie Bee subscriber for about 2 years, and I absolutely love it. I've bought several of the pieces I've rented, plus other items from the Gwynnie Bee shop. I like the number and variety of items to chose from. I also like being able to rent items outside my comfort zone, so I don't have to commit to buying something that I might not like. The subscription price is ok - not great, but not too expensive, IMO.

I've been a member of Gwynnie Bee since 2014. After weeks of seeing the Facebook ads, I figured I'd take a chance on this strange, new service. The prices were great, the variety was awesome, and the customer service was top notch. It's been 5 years and I'm just as excited to receive a box as I was when I joined. The prices have gone up since 2014, but it's an investment that is well worth the money. With new styles being added every few days, I know I'll always look great and be ready for any occasion. I've recommended GB to all my friends and the compliments are always abounding when I'm in one of the garments. As a plus sized woman, it's an incredible feeling to know that you have a never-ending closet of clothing that looks great and feels great!

I stumbled across this service and thought I'd give it a try. I was trying to up my game and how I present myself at work. That was three years ago.

I was a bit skeptical and the first thing I did when I got my first order was given it the sniff test - you know what I mean. These clothes have been worn before and I wanted to make sure they were really dry cleaned. Check - no residue from someone else's perfume, smoke or other odor.

Next challenge - can all of these clothes really fit? If I go to the store, I spend hours trying on and discarding options. Guess what they worked. I mean they really worked. I could wear every dress and they looked good (most better than good).

Now the styles and quality - these are not dresses that you buy at a discount store for $12.99. These are designer made items that are well made and thought out. They are stylish and trendy. Let's be honest, styles change, and after a couple of years, we don't wear the same clothes. Also, when you work in an office, you just can't wear the same dress every Friday - at least I can't. And the best part is that people notice when you look good and put together. I get many compliments on what I wear, but just as important is how I present myself on behalf of my employer is important. I just got a big promotion, and while I was definitely qualified I know that how I looked played a part in how I represent myself, looking and feeling confident is so important!

Lastly, it happens to us all - I have gained a bit of weight over the last year. But even though my dress size has fluctuated a bit, I still have a fabulous wardrobe waiting for me in my virtual closet. And when I drop those few pounds, I don't have to start over, I will just update my size and keep on dressing for success!

If you manage your subscription well, you will always look fabulous.

I joined Gwynnie Bee when they were new and the concept was just taking off. I fell in love instantly, while creating my profile and building my closet. Building my closet was like going on a shopping spree that I could never afford, I couldn't get over the name brands that were offered. I received my first package just a few days later and was impressed with the packaging. I knew the brands that I was getting, but to be able to actually wear them was amazing. The fit and comfort are in a class of their own, compared to bargain shopping. I'm a single mom who didn't allow a clothing budget for myself, Gwynnie Bee helped me with that and I'm grateful.

I have been very happy for the most part with Gwynnie Bee. Their customer service is great. And I really enjoy the clothes, I have bought quite a few pieces because I like them so much. Prices, for the most part, are not too bad. Some are pretty pricey, but I usually wait till the price comes down.

There have been a couple of pieces that I have been disappointed with. The quality, some are very worn out. But most are great. So all in all, I love Gwynnie Bee.

I’ve tried a few different mail clothing subscriptions, and once I met Gwynnie Bee, I knew I had found my fit. I love the selection and the fit predictability is on point, foundational to making the service work well. I have bought many pieces including from the outlet and marketplace.

There are a few nagging issues that I hope to see addressed. My largest hangup is how long it takes to get my next shipment! I understand the shipping process is going to take time but it often takes 3+ days from the time I notify shipment or purchase an item to get a new one on the way and that drives me crazy, I feel like I don’t get full value from my membership.

The other issues are with the mobile UI. When an item in my closet is no longer available in my size, please auto remove it from my closet, I’ve had to go through my closet so many times to get rid of old stuff and it’s tedious. And finally a little request - please link the "reviews" button to the actual reviews, right now it goes nowhere and isn’t intuitive. I feel like there are too many dresses at times and I'd like to see more pants. I've gotten some great pieces after I tried them and was sure I loved them. I really love this service, the best of all subscription boxes I have done. I would also like to buy an item I've tried before it's retired, sometimes I don't have the money when I have it, but later on I can afford it.

I am well pleased with my decision to give Gwynnie Bee's service a try. I've been a customer ever since - almost two years now. There are hundreds of items to choose from, the website is easy to use, the service is prompt, the customer service reps are always polite and accommodating. I found Gwynnie Bee a few years ago, and I can't imagine life without this company and their service. It ticks many of the boxes of things I'm looking for. Convenience is huge. The clothes show up at my house and include return packaging. All I have to do is drop it in the mail. My closet has changed with me. I started losing weight and this way, I can adjust my size needs. I constantly have access to clothes that fit, and I don't have to worry about making do with the clothes I have. I also get a constant assortment of clothes, and I don't show up to events in the dress I wore before. I've found brands I've never had retail access to, and now they are my new favorites and I know for sure how they will fit.

The closeting app also helps me filter. For example, I always need a purple dress for an event in the summer. I can filter for purple, add the winners to my priority list, and I get the perfect selection of purple dresses sent to me. If I had to hit the mall to find a purple dress, I'd probably end up in tears. I've branched out and tried so many new looks with Gwynnie Bee and being able to purchase the favorites at such great prices is also a bonus!

I love Gwynnie Bee and have been a member since 2014. I am the worst at style, and I loathe clothing shopping. Gwynnie Bee makes it easy for me to try new things without the traumatic fat-inducing-mirrors and aging-lights and annoying salespeople. I can give it a whirl - love it and keep it! Or give it a try, and put it right back into the purple bag and get something else. It's a great way to shop, and I much prefer it to things like Stitch Fix and Did & Co, since I can wear things to really test them out first. Seriously, try it! I have been using QB for over 3 years and love the choices. It is great to be able to try newer fashion and not have buyers remorse. On a plane I first saw your ad. I was totally fascinated by the concept. As soon as I was home I looked it up and thought I should give it a try. I started with just 2 outfits then went on to 3, 4 and now 5. It was one of the best decisions I have made. I love that I can easily pick the style and read the review so I can have a realistic expectation of what I will be getting. I like how suggestions are made and nearly almost every fit is perfect. I love the variety of styles. I love the convenience of just putting it back in a bag and not needing to be careful with how to care for it. Do you know how many expensive and beautiful pieces I have purchased at full retail price to ruin it because I overlooked how to care for it? And I love that the pieces I select to keep are discounted and further discounted when I use my reward points. It feels like Christmas every week, excited to open my next new box. You make the whole process so convenient and so easy. I am very satisfied, exceeding my expectation by far. The only thing I would change is that I wish I could select the exact outfit that I would get next so I can better plan for events. I wish it could be on a list choosing what piece to expect next...although I do admit sometimes the surprise is fun too. I have been using this service for over 4 years. I find that it allows me to try new brands, keep my wardrobe fresh and most importantly stops me from impulse buys.

I have noticed the past year that I am adding less to my closet and keeping clothes less often. I feel that the overall style has shifted out of my preference. I am a plus size customer who has been on a weight loss journey. I like that I can just resize my online wardrobe as I lose weight. I became ill in 2018 and gained a large amount of weight back, thankfully I was able to just resize my wardrobe up.

I love the idea of trying new styles with no commitment. Thanks to the service I fell in love with styles I would have never tried on in stores.

Shipping to and from my home has been reliable. The customer service has been wonderful. Once or twice my clothing return was lost in the mail. I made Gwynnie Bee aware of the situation by email and it was handled very satisfactorily. I have even been personally called by agents to make sure I was enjoying the service and using the service to its full potential.

Summer is coming! I like to order extra items add-ons to enhance my wardrobe and totally live up summer.

Everyone says you should do at least one thing every month to take care of yourself and to be honest, Gwynnie Bee has been that thing for me since 2014.

I literally cannot imagine my life without this membership. Initially, I joined to have a few more work options a month for fancy receptions and the occasional outing with my girlfriends. I've also never been a huge fan of laundry, so the idea that I wear and return without additional work was compelling.

Then I discovered that USPS will pick up the return bags at my door and I was completely sold. Since 2014, I have taken a job that requires near constant travel and Gwynnie Bee is my point of sanity in a crazy world. I return home from trips to new boxes of clothes ready to go and ship off the worn clothes before I board my next flight.

The selection of clothing and brands continues to expand in all the right ways and is a great reminder that plus size clothes don't have to be drab and bulky. They can be fitted, colorful, print and so much more. My sense of style has broadened as I use GB to take risks and try things I would never imagine trying on, let alone buying, in a store. While you can't tell them exactly what you want in your next box, the adding of the priority feature has been helpful in making sure I do get a cocktail dress before my next reception or that I get a nice pair of jeans before my next date.

And the compliments! So many folks have never seen me in the same outfit more than once. Obviously, I'm fancy, right? I have actually purchased clothes through GB as well and that experience is great. Deep discounts and good quality; what more is there to ask for?

I love GB, get the max number of items per month, and have no immediate plans to end my relationship with them. I wish they still did the GB tours with members where we could try on things and have a little shoot. That was such an amazing experience. If there is room for improvement, it is with the tops selection. They could stand to have some trendier options. There should also absolutely be a date night clothing category. The weekend wear is okay but it skews towards daytime farmers market visits.

I saw an ad for Gwynnie Bee on Facebook in 2014 and decided to take advantage of the free trial month. When I received my first couple of boxes, I was kind of disappointed. I was unfamiliar with the brands and the size charts were not entirely accurate. I also felt the shipping was slow, so did not continue my subscription.

I am so glad I decided to give it another try! I have been renting consistently since early 2015 and I love it! It does take a while to learn the brands and how they fit. There are certain brands that run large, etc. I have chosen to rent a good amount of items at one time, so it fits my life and I always have something in my closet. If shipping is delayed for some reason, it is not a big deal.

I pretty much exclusively wear dresses and Gwynnie Bee has great variety. There are items appropriate for work and for play. My only wish is that I would be able to designate when I would like to receive a particular item, such as for a special event. I often receive items I have prioritized, but there have been some prioritized items I have never received.

When I first started with Gwynnie Bee, they exclusively carried plus-size clothing. As I continue on my weight loss journey, I was thrilled when GB expanded their sizing to average size clothing as well. There have only been a couple of times in which the size I needed fell between the two and GB did not carry that bridge size.

I hope to start a family within the next year or so and wish GB would offer maternity clothing also. Overall, I love this service and have recommended it to several people. The customer service representatives are quick to respond and are helpful. Customer satisfaction is important to this company and I respect that.

I have been with GB for almost a year now and have very mixed feelings about it. I am planning to cancel before my next renewal.

I have worn many of the items received, and enjoyed them. And I have tried on a lot of styles that I might not have seen in a store. It is fun to get the box and see what I got and even more fun when it fits and I put an outfit together!

Everything I have received has been in great condition and I've gotten some real bargains buying returned items.

But $80 a month is more than I should really spend for the convenience of getting a couple of new pieces to wear for a few days.

Months where I get something dressy, I have to hold on to it until there is a fitting occasion. That means I likely can't get something else that month, so I either don't wear it, or I paid $40 to wear it once.

When I don't like either piece in the box, it feels like I wasted a lot of money just to try two things on.

Part of why it hasn't worked for me is that I can only return things by going to the post office. Sometimes I put it in my car and forget to drop it off - that's my problem, but it often means I only get one box that month.

I also am bothered by all the waste. I get 1-2 boxes a month and they just get recycled (or pile up in my room, oops!). The bag is easy, but I would rather use the box for returns than using creating even more waste with the bag.

Last, check what you have to do to cancel. It really bothers me when companies make it so easy to sign up but hard to cancel. You have to call. And the cancellation takes effect the day you call. So you either lose access you've paid for, or time your call just right to get your full month but not get charged another month.

Overall, I think it's a very interesting service. If the price was a bit lower I would probably continue.

Gwynnie Bee has been such a game changer for me. It provides me access to a great variety of fresh seasonal trends without the sting to my pocketbook. It's the thrill of shopping without the bill of shopping. I love browsing the new arrivals or circling back to see everything that a brand I have newly discovered, through Gwynnie Bee, has to offer. The website and experience are superior to all similar offerings out there now. Some services want to choose for you - no thanks! I know me best. Some will ask you to ship all items back at the same time, slowing down access to fresh choices. I call Gwynnie Bee "the Netflix of Apparel" in that they have the web interface and shipping cycle down to an art. I am constantly recommending Gwynnie Bee to anyone who will listen. I would also encourage brands to get on board. It's a wonderful way to showcase your offering to an audience who may not be familiar. Keep up the great work Gwynnie Bee!
