I love not having to plan a menu for several days out of the month. The shopping is done. You don’t have to buy several full-size containers of something you may not use again. It is great to try new recipes, and learn some great shortcuts.

I have never been the best chef in the room. I didn’t have a lot of cooking techniques and only knew how to cook a few select meats and vegetables. I now try new foods and enjoy them. I love how easy the Hello Fresh recipes are to follow, and that I can repeat the methods in the future. The recipes are delicious and good sized portions!

I first received a free week coupon, and we loved the first meal I cooked. I am a picky eater. There have only been a few meals that I have thought were mediocre. I have sent messages when I have gotten ingredients that were unusable and did receive a credit. I feel that using HelloFresh has made me a better cook, and my husband thinks so too.

I have tried a couple of the other places and hands down HelloFresh is the best. The portions are large and the produce is fresh. I have really enjoyed receiving it. I do wish they had a larger selection but everything I have received I will order again and again.

I love getting my HelloFresh! I’m a baker and I enjoy making sweet stuff, so when it came too cooking, well, let’s say I’m not the best! HelloFresh does it for me. All I have to do is chop and dice and wow, look, I’m cooking! Lol.

I have been so pleased with these meals! Everything is enclosed except for the pan/pans and a little olive oil. The food is really delicious and normally we have enough leftovers for 1 to 2 lunches the next day. This has also shown me different ways to use vegetables and herbs to season while cooking, so a learning experience also. Very satisfied.

I really enjoy the variety of meals and the freshness of all the ingredients. My only negative comment would be most of the meals do take some preparation. They are not "quick" meals to fix. I did recently have an issue with a box arriving two days late. I contacted HelloFresh, and they immediately issued my account a credit. I have sent the free coupons to several friends and family, and they also have enjoyed the boxes.

I have been using HelloFresh for the last seven months. It has been a life-changer. I love knowing what we'll be eating and that the meals come together quickly and easily. Decreased visits to the grocery store and not buying more of something than is needed (leading to waste) is definitely a plus.

Excellent customer service when an item wasn't fresh/useable.

We also use another meal kit service. While HelloFresh doesn't have as many options, the packaging and delivery are much better.

My only request is less green beans and more of other vegetables such as cauliflower.

I have been using HelloFresh for several months now. For the most part, I find the meals relatively easy to make in a fairly short amount of time (usually 45 minutes or less). Some of the meals are better than others, as would be with any meal order plan. They tend to use a lot of potatoes (mostly roasted french fries) as their starch. This gets a little old as my husband doesn't like potatoes. It would be nice if their family plan provided more salads and alternatives to the never-ending potatoes. I understand potatoes are cheap fillers but when you are paying $36/meal, you should have options other than potatoes. I try to avoid the potato meals.

Also, they have some upgraded meals (where you can pay $5 more per person). I bought a strip steak meal and the meat was not a very good cut at all. It definitely wasn't worth the price to upgrade. We did call customer service and they did refund our money. They have also made mistakes like sending the wrong food bag/recipe with the right meat. They are very good at making things right if you call. However, when you are making dinner and open the bag to find the wrong ingredients for what you have planned, things don't go as smoothly. Everybody makes mistakes on occasion so you have to be prepared for that.

All in all, I like the service.

We love HelloFresh! There are lots of options every week to choose from. The food is always delicious. The recipes are easy. And it saves time going to the store and planning a meal three nights a week. HUGE time saver. Love it!

I had many reasons not to join a delivery dinner service, but upon receiving a free weeks worth of meals, I figured I had nothing to lose. Fast forward, three months later, and I'm a huge fan! I can't wait for dinner to arrive on my doorstep!

HelloFresh has saved me countless hours of driving to and from the store, meal planning, and prep, that I'll be a customer for life!

Though, they are not perfect. I have received dinner with missing or spoiled food on more than one occasion, and have had open protein spill into the box (more than one times). So totally not cool in all areas. I suspect they grew faster than anticipated, and will work out the kinks.

Otherwise, dinner is always good, with a fun variety, and fast, easy to make recipes. I have recommended HelloFresh many times, and will continue to do so.
