This is an internet craze I fell for. I had zero results. I left a one-star review which can't be found on their website. Come to think of it, NO low star ratings can be found anywhere. I left a comment on their Instagram saying it was a “scam,” and they deleted it. I'm pretty sure they pay people to leave good ratings and delete the bad ones. Don't fall for this. I've used Crest 3D strips and those work GREAT. I’ll just go back to those.

Total rip off. Absolute waste of money, not a dot of difference to my teeth and no money back despite sending dated/time stamped photos as requested. Total scam. Do NOT buy! Don’t waste your money. The email I received when I asked about the money back guarantee suggested it must be something I did wrong. I followed instructions exactly and no change whatsoever.

I bought this product after I read the reviews and they were all good. I followed the instructions to the letter and found no difference. On the chart, I was around 6 and looked like 6 after the course. I feel like I’ve been conned by this. I might have. I don’t smoke, and I don’t drink tea or coffee or red wine.

The packaging and marketing of this product cannot be faulted, it's very slick, however the proof is in the pudding. I used the six applications as directed, each application one day after the other, I also separately purchased the day and night toothpaste to give me every chance of the best end results. So what was the end product? No change what's so ever, seriously not even a tiny change in shade using the chart that comes with the packaging. Do yourself a favor and save your money for a professional treatment, this product looks the part, but is gimmicky.

I just started using it today, and FROM FIRST USE, it made white spots appear on my teeth which were never there!
I googled this and it is common with not so good whitening kits. I have been whitening my teeth with whitening reputable toothbrush brands and never had this happened.
This product is a piece of crap and if these white spots don't go away soon I will file a lawsuit for this poor result.

Hi Jad, a possible cause of these spots could be due to fluorosis- I can assure you that this is nothing to cause concern as this can happen with any form of teeth whitening product not just HiSmile.
If you have fluorosis, using our kit will exaggerate the calcium deposits in your teeth making these parts extremely white. This is not permanent and you should notice that the spots subside within a couple of days of completing the applications as you mentioned this is a common occurrence across all whitening processes.
We use all natural ingredients to ensure no sensitivity or discomfort when using our products and avoid harsh chemicals such as peroxide as these actually magnify the effects of fluorosis which is one of the many reasons why we avoid adding peroxide to our formula.

I tried this product for six days straight as recommended for best results. Unfortunately, my teeth are not six shades lighter or anything, they are exactly the same. I took before and after photos and there isn’t much difference at all. I have brought more gel but I feel like maybe it’s just a waste of money and time! It is not the outcome I was hoping to see!

Very disturbing when you place an order and it never arrives. You contact the website and nobody responds to your request. You respond to the initial email of someone who is supposedly your contact, and they never respond. I want my money back. Worst customer service ever.

I have just received my HiSmile, and I am very unsure what to do. Although syringes are provided, the only information is a small cardboard paper with very little instructions. It says to apply 1/4 syringe to the top and also the bottom. Unsure whether this is an additional 1/4 or the same? The instructions don’t state anywhere how many uses the syringes will provide or how many days they should be used for. I also received a little card with progression images of teeth, however, they are labeled from day 1 (whitest images) to day 13 (darkest yellow image), so I am also confused with this?

When it comes to using the Kit, simply apply 1/4 of the gel syringe to the top the mouth tray and a 1/4 of the gel syringe to the bottom of the mouth tray. Using a total of half a gel syringe.
With this information in mind, the kit provides you with six days worth of applications that are best if used consecutively. You can record your progress from day one and day six, which is printed on our shade guide.
When it comes to our handy shade guide, the numbered one through to thirteen teeth shades is just to it make it a little easier to see what shade you start on and finish on, as this isn't a 13-day process.

The videos and reviews show that it makes your teeth shade lighter, and after multiple uses as directed, with the day and night toothpaste, I did not notice any difference at all.
Crest white strips did way more for me than this.
Do not recommend - advertisements seem skewed.

I bought this with good expectations but after a full use of its six days, my teeth looked exactly the same. After each use, I did not notice even a slight change, which was disappointing.
I emailed customer service dept about two weeks ago explaining my dissatisfaction and I never heard back from them even though there is supposed to be money back guaranteed.
A certain scam and please don't be fooled. It doesnt work.
