I have very sensitive teeth so using Crest Whitestrips never went well for me, but after using HiSmile, I realize I never need those strips again. Just reading these reviews are scary! It’s bad for your enamel and you shouldn’t keep using or lose all of your enamel? I had some sensitivity after the 3rd use and they did not appear any whiter after the 6th use. I regret purchasing this product and I’m waiting for a reply back from them and I’ll post there response!

After considering at home teeth whitening for months, I finally decided to bite the bullet and ordered a kit from these guys. I have experienced sensitivity in the past with whitening products so I was worried about that at first, but I can honestly say that this product has whitened my teeth by about 3 shades after only a week. I really like the whitening pen as that is where I see the best results and it was easiest to do.

If you are also considering whitening your teeth, this is definitely the way to go! The only down side was that I found it difficult to log in to manage my subscription. Other than that I experienced no sensitivity, and really fast results. Awesome.

I've always been afraid to smile due to yellow staining on my teeth and thought there's nothing to lose, may as well give HiSmile a go.

I bought my HiSmile kit with an easy process online and speedy delivery! After I had completed my six days of teeth whitening with the LED light and mouth guard, I went from a "5" to a "3" on the guide that came with the kit.

I got my HiSmile as a Christmas present, and it is by far the best gift I've received!

I didn't think it would work as quickly as it has. I started at a shade 6-7 and had gone to a shade 4-5 just after the 6th day! It's such a noticeable difference, and it feels great to smile bright, knowing my teeth aren't as yellowed anymore.

I bought the HiSmile kit and absolutely fell in love!

After seeing lots of pictures online of celebs using it, I didn't know if it was going to be as good as they made out, but I was delightfully surprised! It worked after one try and not only whitened my teeth, but my made whole oral hygiene feel amazing. I have got to say I'm addicted. The gel lasts a reasonable time, unlike what I thought so, and it isn't too expensive.

I was really excited to try the HiSmile whitening kit. When it came through the mail (rather fast,) I loved the packaging and attention to detail in everything. The instructions were clear, and I followed every step.

Unfortunately, in the end, the whitening wasn’t as expected. I submitted for the 30-day money back guarantee and the care taken was just spot on. They told me what I needed to send, and voi lá! They sent me the full refund for the kit. (I sent my before and after pictures of the teeth and the used kit.)

I loved the company branding and customer care. I will definitely recommend. They definitely have faith and believe their product works even though it might not work on everyone! But for that, there’s a solution!

Overall, amazing experience with the HiSmile! I love the promotions they have. I was skeptical of spending money on another teeth whitening kit, but it was convincing after you check out the reviews and Instagram page. As soon as you order it, their service team is great for helping you track it, and they get it mailed out quick. The product itself was awesome. Only 10 minutes a day for 6 days and you get a whiter smile. I liked how it didn’t leave your teeth all sensitive after too. It actually left a good taste (not that I ate it, but it is in your mouth). The whitening pen is great too. Quick touch ups to maintain it.

Now I am going to try the toothpaste. Loving this though. Highly recommend.

What excellent customer service done by Erin! I commend her for being helpful, efficient, reliable and focused on customer needs. I didn’t get the result that I’ve wanted, but HiSmile is true to their promise about giving your money back if you are not satisfied (of course you have to comply with the requirements needed and provide a proof to qualify). I was amazed at how fast they got my case sorted, and it won’t be possible without the help of Erin. So, thanks a lot to her. Maybe it didn’t work for me this time, but I will definitely keep an eye on their new products in the future.
