What excellent customer service done by Erin! I commend her for being helpful, efficient, reliable and focused on customer needs. I didn’t get the result that I’ve wanted, but HiSmile is true to their promise about giving your money back if you are not satisfied (of course you have to comply with the requirements needed and provide a proof to qualify). I was amazed at how fast they got my case sorted, and it won’t be possible without the help of Erin. So, thanks a lot to her. Maybe it didn’t work for me this time, but I will definitely keep an eye on their new products in the future.

I think HiSmile is really worth the money, it works miracles. My teeth are sparkling white clean thanks to them. I used to try things such as teeth whitening toothpaste but that didn’t really work, whereas HiSmile whitened my teeth instantly.

HiSmiles’s teeth whitening kit was the best thing I have ever used. My teeth started at a 7, but now they're a 2 after 6 days. I have recommended this product to all of my friends and relatives. If you think the whitening gel has a weird taste, don’t worry; I thought the same thing, but it doesn't. It actually doesn't really have a taste to it. Which is good. The peroxide free teeth whitening kit worked a treat! I noticed an amazing difference after only my 3rd application and have been using HiSmile daily. I decided to purchase the peroxide free whitening pen through HiSmile. After testing many products I was eager to try a product from their peroxide free range. The pen definitely lived up to my expectation, and was so easy to use. I was also extremely surprised, and impressed, by their fast delivery time and excellent customer service.

I recently purchased a teeth whitening kit and gels from HiSmile. I was unaware of customs charges when ordering and was met with these when the product arrived, I couldn't pay the pricey charges so had to turn away the product. On emailing HiSmile they were extremely apologetic (even though it was my fault for not checking on the website about charges) and I was offered a refund straight away. I was amazed by how friendly and helpful the customer service team were and I have never been given a more hassle free refund. Overall amazing service.

First off, a big shout out to HiSmile and it's out of this world products! I have been using HiSmile products for a few weeks now, and am completely addicted and in love with how white my teeth now are.

Despite some of these bad reviews, give HiSmile a go because it does vary from person to person, and the state your teeth are already in. But I am definitely satisfied!
