He worked tirelessly and tenaciously to pursue at least three potential buyers. And worked till the last day to get us to and through closing. He got me at least $10,000 (almost 15%) more than I thought I would get for the house, and got the house closed on at least 5-6 months faster than I thought it could reasonably be accomplished.

Friends told us about a realtor they used so we contacted them. Unfortunately, that realtor didn't seem interested so we went to HomeLight and they connected us to Kimberly who was very interested. She also provided suggestions on how to improve our house so we could get better offers. HomeLight checked in on us periodically to make sure we were doing alright. Kimberly was very helpful during the sales process. We had already moved out of state so she helped with contractors and alike. We also liked the notices we would get during the selling process. When I got offered a new job, I knew I would have to sell my home quickly. I contacted HomeLight, who recommended Logan Stewart to help us list our property.

When looking for an agent to sell my house I didn’t want to just go with the one that sends the most fliers in the mail, I wanted to make sure that I was getting the best agent for my situation in my location. When my wife and I were considering the sale of our vacation house in New Mexico, we saw lots of broker signs in the development. The problem was that none of those houses were actually selling. The house was in a rural area and the development had a security gate, so I knew that we could not rely on drive-by buyers. I needed a broker that could network my property.
