HomeLight provided me outstanding service. The website was easy to navigate and the individual I talked to was very helpful and provided me great information about the service. Once HomeLight provided me with three realtors, my wife and I set up meetings with each. I'm sure we would have been happy with any of the three, so it was a difficult decision, but we ultimately selected Will Gaskins due to his expertise with our particular area. Will and his team were outstanding throughout the process. HomeLight was a no stress way of getting in touch with high performing realtors and has my strongest recommendation for sellers to consider when they begin looking for a realtor.

We had a great experience using the HomeLight website. I did a search for trying to find the best agents in my area. The HomeLight website popped up and was very easy to use.

Shortly after completing the form online, a representative from HomeLight called to verify exactly the type of property and service I was needing. By the end of the day, I had two agents contact me and after discussing my needs, I chose one of them.

I had an agent that had been highly recommended. The agent never put up a sign, although I had approved one, never held an open house, only did the listing online as advertised. I had seen an advertisement for HomeLight on TV and decided to give it a try. HomeLight's website was very easy to use and immediately gave me three recommendations. All three agents contracted me within an hour or so of using the website. I interviewed all three and chose Bobby Washington from Remax. During his three-month contract, a sign was installed in front of the house within a day, internet advertising, as well as mailers, were sent out. We had nearly weekly open houses that generated a lot of traffic through the house. We had two offers and finally went to contract and closing with the second one. Our agent was there whenever we needed him, not only for showings but he came to all the misc. inspections, etc.

HomeLight was an important part of our success in selling the Algon Avenue property. I found HomeLight by searching the internet after I was unsuccessful in navigating through the websites of several nationally known realty companies.

After I gave some basic information to HomeLight, I received a reply email within an hour (and possibly a telephone call, I just don’t remember), and then, to my pleasant surprise, telephone calls from three experienced, local real estate agents.

We interviewed, in person, two of the agents and subsequently hired Nancy Aulett, who turned out to be a great agent. We got an offer at an open house she organized the following Sunday.

I mentioned to several of my friends at lunch that I used HomeLight and how easy it was, and how easily the house was sold. I will be selling a vacation rental property later this year and will again use HomeLight.

Thanks to HomeLight services we were provided with several agents that we interviewed to see which one best suited our needs. It was easy to get a list of perspective agents from HomeLight. We chose Neil Weichel, but all of the agents we spoke with were professional and worth our time to get their perspective.

Neil and his team worked very hard to complete the sale. The market had shifted considerably from one in which there were more houses on the market than interested buyers. We had confidence that Neil would make recommendations to sell the property in a timely manner given the market constraints for a price that would meet our expectations.

I just wanted others to be aware of my experience, buyers and agents alike. I am a Realtor and thought to set up a profile with HomeLight starting back this past January 2019 and looked forward to helping buyers with their home search. Initially, things seemed to be going well and spent quite some time generating the agent profile and uploading my past sales (valuable time I found to be wasted). My first email for support request was answered pretty quickly related to uploading the sales. They mentioned it would take a couple of days for the past sales to be processed and reflected on my public profile. Then when they posted I noticed only a portion of the past sales were displayed with my highest price sales not listed. And it also indicated that I have 105 years of experience (I'm not quite that old). So it appeared the dates on the past listings were wrong. This is when the problems began.

I had put in multiple support requests asking to correct the dates and why my other sales were not being reflected and no response other than an automated email indicating someone would be with me soon. I was actually able to get someone on the phone but they said just put in another support request as the support team is probably busy this time of year and this person couldn't help further. So I did submit another support request...and another...weeks, months went by and no reply (even though I continued to see HomeLight running their commercials continuously on TV). Made me wonder what kind of support are they actually giving their buyer clients. Through this service buyers will not have access to all agents in the area since agents need to sign up and then might not be able to if they experience what I did...so it seems sort of a misrepresentation to buyers if buyers think they'll have access to all agents through this system. I was hoping HomeLight would make this right but it's now 4 months later with no communication and no corrections to my profile.

Anyway, I wish all the other home buyers and agents out there good luck!
