Working with HomeLight was a great experience! We very nervous about selling our home - it had been 13 years since we bought it. We had lots of conflicting information regarding the current market conditions from friends and family. I'm not usually one to use a referral service like HomeLight, but in this instance, time was of the essence!

Within moments of submitting our inquiry to HomeLight, several agents contacted us. Two stood out - both agents called and sent us wonderful presentations via email. We went with Maria and thank goodness we found her! She was truly the most qualified agent I have ever worked with in the 25+ years I have been a homeowner. She was so knowledgeable where it mattered most: in terms of selling homes in our community and at our price point. As a result, we had a full price offer the very first day we were on the market, and we closed 45 days later! Not only that, but Maria is a great person - she helped our oldest daughter and her boyfriend rent their first apartment and even helped out later when they ran into some problems with the property.

I found HomeLight to be extremely easy to use and highly effective. After filling out a simple survey, I was immediately contacted by three realtors. After talking to all three, I found the perfect realtor for me. She had sold condos in my area, was very knowledgeable, always accessible and sold my condo in three days for much more than I expected.

I would definitely recommend HomeLight to anyone planning to sell their home. They not only put me in contact with three good realtors, they followed up with me to see if I would like to interview additional realtors. They helped make selling a home quick, painless, and profitable!

I had never heard of HomeLight before and when we started to look for an agent when searching through Google, Homelight was at the top of the list. I was apprehensive to provide my email address and phone number thinking a lot of spam would be coming my way. Within five minutes of entering my information on the website, I received a call form HomeLight (at 8 PM on a weeknight). I was concerned that maybe I was not grasping the concept because it seemed like this is to easy and at absolutely no cost to me.

All I had to do was answer a few questions, and by the following morning, I had three different agents contact me about our listing. I set up an interview with each of them and they were all great. We decided to go with the Christie Cannon because they specialized in listings in the Frisco, Texas area we were living in. In closing, I would highly recommend HomeLight as they exceeded my expectations and made everything easy for us during a very stressful time.

When we finally decided to list my home and started to look for the best realtor, it ended up to be an overwhelming task due to the availability. Luckily we found HomeLight who selected couple suitable ones for us. We just scheduled an interview with them and selected one who was best prepared to sell our house, and we liked most. A very easy process and we were so happy with our realtor who sold our house in record time and agreed on the price. HomeLight made my realtor selection and finally selling it. The experience was easy and we will for sure use them again when and if we sell our next home.

My husband and I decided to relocate from Ohio to Athens, Georgia after our retirement. Being unfamiliar with anyone in Athens, we contacted HomeLight for recommendations on realtors specializing in the buyer’s market. On contacting HomeLight, we received a call and email with a list of realtors meeting our criteria. The first match was Woodall Realty, and I was contacted by Kristin the same day. Impressive!

When it came time to work with an agent, we contacted Kristin again to explain we were coming to Athens for a month to view and, hopefully, buy a home. She sent us details of properties available to view in advance. She then matched us with Michael Healy, a “buyer’s only” agent. He was ready on our arrival with showings for us, knowing our limited time. Michael is very professional, yet personable, and did not try to show us properties that did not meet our criteria.

Within ten days we found our home, and he worked with the builder and finance company to get our closing done before we returned to Ohio. No one could believe it! He has even contacted us since then to check in on our moving progress. Thank you HomeLight for recommending Woodall Group. They exceeded our expectations!

HomeLight referred me to two local realtors who each contacted me within 24 hours. I really liked both of them, but ended up working with Gene Pics from RE/MAX. He helped get our house on the market within two weeks, and it was sold less than three weeks later. He communicated with us in a timely manner every step of the way. We couldn't be happier!

Within minutes of getting my two recommended realtors, I started receiving five phone calls from agents that were not on the recommended list. I tried this website because I thought I was able to choose my agent and not just submit my contact information to all agents in this area so they could call me. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

HomeLight provided us with three prospective realtors who all contacted us within 12 hours of our contacting HomeLight.

Two of the realtors viewed our property, the one we chose was very prepared and very helpful in explaining how we could prepare for showing the home.

He had a list of comparable homes with him and described how our property would compare during that first meeting. The team concept that he employed kept us informed and moving forward at all times.

The result was that we had multiple offers within two and a half days of listing and closed within 33 days of listing at nearly 6% over our asking price with conventional financing.

We feel that the HomeLight fee which came out of the realtor's percentage was well worth it.

After seeing the Homelight advertisement one night, I said to myself why not? I mean really, it is not like I know an agents in my area. So, following their recommendations, I found John Freeman. John helped guide us through the process seamlessly. And, when things got off track due to the buyer's finance, John helped get the situation back to were it needed to be. In short, the ONLY reason I contacted John was due to Homelight. Thank You Homelight, and thank you, John!

My wife and I were in search of an agent to sell our rental property, which is an hour and a half away. We did not know where to begin. I came across HomeLight through my search, and they matched us up with several top agents in that specific local area. We interviewed three of the agents and landed the perfect realtor that worked with our needs. We were able to sell our property at the perfect time, just as our tenants were moving out and for the price, we were hoping for.
