My husband and I decided to relocate from Ohio to Athens, Georgia after our retirement. She sent us details of properties available to view in advance. She then matched us with Michael Healy, a “buyer’s only” agent. He was ready on our arrival with showings for us, knowing our limited time. Michael is very professional, yet personable, and did not try to show us properties that did not meet our criteria.
Within ten days we found our home, and he worked with the builder and finance company to get our closing done before we returned to Ohio. No one could believe it!
