I would highly recommend HomeLight to anyone looking for a realtor. I put my information in for HomeLight to help find a realtor to sell my home and within minutes had results of realtors in my area. Not only that, I got a phone call from Connor at HomeLight to go over what I wanted in a realtor and saying he would have the top realtors in my area contact me by the end of the day. By the end of the day I had phone calls from three realtors, had interviews with them, and within two days I was under contract with one.

When l was ready to sell my condo, I decided to make the highest profit I can possibly make. I called those agents who says "we list your home for 1%." They took all my information. They said they will call me back, but they never did. I called again; nothing changed.

I tried few other ways by searching online. Then I found a HomeLight agent. HomeLight provided me agents for my condo sale. I call the top three agents that are recommended for me and scheduled them to come home. I picked Delinda Crampton who has a very nice personality and was an experienced agent. She helped me sell my condo in less than a month for a bigger price I planned to sell it. Everything was done electronically except the last day's paperwork at the title company.

I am very glad that I used the HomeLight website to obtain a referral for a real estate agent to sell my house. I had tried another service and received referrals that weren't suited to my situation at all. The HomeLight referrals were perfect for my needs as both of them were highly professional and had extensive experience with real estate in my immediate area. The hardest part of it was trying to choose between the two agents.
