HomeLight was a great service. We had a real estate agent who in all honesty was not very good. We came across HomeLight who connected us with a great real estate agent, Anne Dressor. She knew how to find us exactly what we wanted, and we closed on a great home. Without HomeLight we probably would have never met Anne. I highly recommend this service to everyone.

This site helped with so much when I started looking for a realtor to sell my home. This was my first time selling a home and had no idea how to start finding a realtor beside looking people up and calling. All I had to do was put my information in about my house that was trying to sell, and the realtors were calling me. It was very easy and helped this process out tremendously. I love this site and will definitely use it again.

We needed to sell our home due to a job change. We asked friends for names of realtors, and we received many names, but they only added to the stress of the move because there wasn't enough time to check on their reputations as realtors. We wanted someone who wouldn't be pushy and knew our area and was a top seller of homes.

We heard about Homelight on television and decided to give them a try. Following a few brief questions online, we had the name of a couple of realtors.

We received a call immediately after contacting HomeLight and made an appointment with Cheryl Baer of Kiln Creek Realty who became our realtor. What we liked about Cheryl was that she was local, had a good reputation as a top seller, and she knew our area. We were in the midst of moving preparations when she visited our home, and she only said positive things about our home despite the disarray. We had some home renovation planned following our move, and she willingly oversaw the renovation and became our third pair of eyes in regards to the quality of workmanship. Our home renovation took longer than expected and it delayed the official listing of our home, but once it was done, it was listed immediately.

While our home was being shown, Cheryl let us know feedback in regards to the showings. Our home may have only been listed for about three weeks or so before we had a contract. Cheryl helped us with the ends and outs of all the inspections and repairs that were needed to be done to satisfy the prospective new owners. She helped us with all the paperwork and helped us get an excellent price for our home. She represented us at closing, and our funds from the sell were immediately forwarded to us.

We are so thankful to HomeLight for providing the service of finding excellent realtors like Cheryl Baer of Kiln Creek Realty. We are so thankful for Cheryl who went the extra mile for us numerous times during our home selling process.

I am very glad that I contacted HomeLight for new realtors after I was not successful to sell my house with another realtor for four months.

The three realtors that HomeLight referred are all high producers. I am away from my property, so I did a phone interview with all three. I formed an opinion on all three through the phone conversation. Then I scheduled a personnel interview the next weekend with all three. One cannot make it, so I spoke with two. I was impressed when one pointed out the weakness of this house is being dark in the picture. He offered to ask his photographer to bring lights to take the picture to showcase the house on the web. So I offered the realtor the contract the same day. The house went on to the web within a few days. And several offers were coming right away. I am also happy that the realtor kept me in the loop with different offers and makes suggestions on how to handle it. An offer was agreed in a week. An offer with the buyer just sold their old house in escrow was accepted. It did take about two months to complete. But a well-executed one.

I will definitely recommend HomeLight service to anyone. Not sure if HomeLight can also recommend someone to sell a land property in Lancaster, California, that me and my friends bought a few years ago, and are looking at possibly selling it.
