Hubble Contacts

I arrived here after researching whether or not these are worth their trouble. I've been wearing them for four days now, and absolutely love them. I received a nasty note from my optometrist, who suggested that they were sub-par and bad for my eyes (I very much took his note as "don't order from them; they'll put me out of business"), so decided to do some research to check it out.

Bottom line: they're cheaper, easier, and honestly have been more comfortable than my other, more expensive lenses, so I'm a fan and here to stay.

I received my trial subscription, popped them in my eyes, and knew almost immediately something was not right. I could not see. Nonetheless, I kept them in to give the lenses a try. I may as well have worn no lenses at all. I felt handicapped the entire day because I could not see. I only need them for reading, thankfully, I can see far away.

I called as soon as the office was open and canceled my subscription. The representative asked why? I said I can't see! She was very apologetic and canceled my subscription without question.

I love these lenses. They make life easier and more comfortable! After years of wearing contacts, Hubble made such a huge difference. Never blurry or dry, I barely use solution at all. And they are delivered!

I received my free trial, postponed all future orders, received the next full order, and was billed anyway, Hubble now refuses to accept this order back and issue a credit. The lenses do not accommodate my eyes and it does not give me clear vision. I was not given the time to experience their free trial. Not all contacts are the same, and these contacts may not be correct for your eyes. I also experienced dry containers upon using the free trial. All this has been a huge annoyance and buyers should be aware.

It is impossible to cancel your subscription or delete your card info from the website. You have to call a number to cancel, which I did last February (and by the way, you don't talk to a person right away; you call them, and then they call you back later, every time). They told me it was canceled. Now I have randomly been charged for a month's supply with no warning. I just happened to see it on my bank statement. However, since I am living outside of the United States now, I emailed them instead of calling.

They said they couldn't do anything for me since I didn't call them. They're the only U.S. company to have given me any trouble since moving abroad. I called my bank and had the unauthorized charge reversed.

They apparently want to be viewed as a legit company, but they operate like a scam.

I love wearing daily contacts, always a fresh pair every day. It saves on contact solution, so for $30 a month, I am saving money even without using eye insurance. They always deliver days before I run out. Hubble ROCKS!

Hubble has been great during my brief time with them. They are consistent and on time. I have not had a delivery issue yet with them. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cheaper contact service.

I received a few free weeks from them and forgot to cancel my subscription. I called to cancel it and they said to write "return" on the package once I got it and to send it back for a refund. The day I got it, I had it sent back.

I kept emailing them to see if they got it back. They gave me a tracking number. I had been using it for updates on my package. I had gotten the contacts on October 2nd, and the tracking disappeared after October 21st. I emailed to see what happened to my package and they said that since it was past the 30 day return period, they weren't going to refund my money. So why would it have taken over a MONTH to get back to them?

I think they intentionally did this so I wouldn't get my money back. Every time I called them I got put on hold for a ridiculously long time. They finally refunded me but not for the full amount. Out of $33 I got $25 back. I don't recommend them to anyone.

I tried Hubble Contacts, and they were the most uncomfortable contacts ever. I literally could barely see out of them.

So I called and canceled my subscription, but they charged and sent me more a month later anyway. So I called again to cancel my account and get my money back. They wouldn't give me my money back for the first box I was unhappy with and told me to send back the unopened box. So I sent them back and they still never refunded me my money back!

Never, ever get these god awful contacts! They are a bad company!

I got the free trial to test out the lenses. I was thinking of transitioning from monthly to daily lenses, so I trying two different types of dailies, Hubble and CooperVision. There is a huge difference. Hubble feels a lot flimsier, thinner and cheaper. They're a bit harder to put in also, and I feel them in my eyes afterward. The price isn't big enough of a difference for me to want to subscribe further.

I’ve had a horrible experience with Hubble Contacts. They would not cancel my subscription. They have a horrible number you have to call to cancel after already emailing them, and the number is never available. And they don’t refund your money ever, and they never undo your subscription. That's crap. They have messed up my bank account this month and caused me fees. Don’t subscribe.
