Worst customer service!

Absolute worst customer service! They don't do crap for you! On their technical side, THEY SUCK. I apparently subscribed TWICE, so they charged me TWICE. The first time I signed up, the website told me my account doesn't EXIST. Now they’re asking me to ship back the order I DID NOT REQUEST in order to get BOTH REFUNDS. $88 lost. I have to wait a month to get $88 back. Rip off company! WORST.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Not a great shape of lens

Not terrible. Reasonable price. I found it difficult to put the lenses in the right way round - they appear to be placed in the capsule a different way to other lenses. I found it very difficult to cancel. You have to call during office hours. Clearly a tactic to retain you.

These hurt my eyes!

Don’t bother buying these!

When I got these, everything seemed ok, but I really wanted to try them for a while first. Then I was sent another box for which I was charged $33 (didn’t realize I had to cancel their subscription)!

Once I tried these, it felt like it was scratching my eyeball. It took me another week to try another one just to be sure (don’t use them often).

I sent the company an email and they said it’s outside the 30 return policy! I don’t want to just return them. To me they’re defective! Frustrated!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Feels horrible

My Hubble Contacts feel horrible. I can totally feel them while wearing them, like, they’re thick.

You can only cancel Monday - Friday so they will charge you on a Saturday so you have to wait until Monday to speak with someone. They are just a huge no for me, and I’ve decided to stick with my Acuvue...

Be ware of falling into the trap of subscription

They will entice you with the $1 subscription deal, but will deduct the money after 15 days without informing you that you are automatically subscribed to the deal! It cost me $37 and all of them are useless and poor quality material.

I wanted these to work

I think this is a great idea, but I have very dry eyes which have come from years of wearing lenses. I have tried several different daily lenses and finally found one that works. I still get some dryness, but they are wearable. The Hubble Contacts dried out very quickly for me. I could only wear them for four hours tops before they became so dry that I started to have vision problems and it hurt. I wear my others for 10 hours a day.

I think they are good for people that do not have issues with dry eyes. I also did not like that while I could sign up easy peasy I had to call them and wait on hold to cancel. You should be able to cancel online. I would recommend that everyone give it a try though, what do you have to lose? They may work for you.

Can't wear them

Got my free two-week supply. Was so excited, but when I put them in, everything was so blurry I couldn't see. How can I return them?

Not sure what happened. I put the power strength that was on my prescription.

Love my Hubble

Hubble has far exceeded my expectations! I am so impressed with their service. I always have my contacts in a timely manner, and they are always packaged very well. I would recommend this service to anyone that wears contacts. Hubble will save you money and time!

Very disappointed

I received the free trial and couldn't wait to try them. It was a complete blur! I tried to locate a number to contact for cancellation and return of the lenses. Based on this, I expect there will be a difficulty in stopping the automatic shipping.

Don't waste your time!

DO NOT buy from Hubble Contacts. They are terrible!

Today, I opened up one of my contacts, and it had absolutely no solution inside and was completely dried up! There have been multiple times where I felt the contacts would dry out immediately after I place them in my eyes and now I know why. They don't even put solution in them! Hubble tries to sell you that their contacts are cheap but high quality, but you get what you pay for, which is crap!

Not to mention, their customer service is horrible. They always either send my packages late or never at all. Sometimes even to the wrong address. When you contact them, they bounce you on to a million different people that each say something different and nothing gets resolved!

If you're thinking about using them, DON'T DO IT. And if you're already using them, LEAVE because who knows what they are allowing you to put into your eyes!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Bad experience

I ordered Hubble contact lenses, and after receiving them and trying them, I could not see anything. I did return them letting them know the two shipments were not successful, but I never heard from Hubble so pretty much my time and the shipping money were a total waste.
