Hubble Contacts

I have been a customer with Hubble for over a year now. Contacts are some of the most comfortable I have ever had, and with the monthly shipping, I never have to worry about running out. Fantastic customer service every time I have had to contact them for any reason. Thanks for being a great provider for my eye care.

We struggled with ordering different types of contact lenses for ridiculous prices for years, but Hubble made it so much easier. There’s never been a problem, and the contacts themselves feel great for a low price.

I moved and wanted to cancel my subscription. They did not update my address, but sent it to the wrong addy and charged me anyway. I had to call and cancel (you cannot cancel on the website). Now to top it all off, I canceled in September and found a charge THIS MONTH for them on my bank account. The site says "canceled" but they charged me anyway! How do I ever get rid of these creeps?

My friend recommended Hubble to me. I’m so glad I tried them out! As a mom of two young children, it’s hard always getting out to the store. By having my contacts delivered it makes my life so much easier. Before I would just run out and wear my glasses until I could get to the store. I love that I can pause my subscription easily online when I don’t need them that month. They’re comfortable, and I love that they’re dailies. I don’t have to worry about a contact case, just throw them away and get a new pair.

Sometimes life gets so busy that we forget to take care of ourselves. Having Hubble delivered monthly means I never have to worry about running out of contact lenses. I would probably rate the contacts better if I didn't have astigmatism in both eyes. Hubble Contacts don't address astigmatism, yet.

Every now and again, something comes along that looks too good to be true, and because of how the internet works, you give it a miss...

Well, if I had done that I would have missed out on these great value contacts (that would have been a bad mistake).

I've worn contacts for years and get my regular monthly contacts from my local opticians, and I saw the Hubble advert and thought it would be good to get some "spare contacts" just in case. So I gave the Hubble daily disposable lenses a go, and with over 6 months of regular use without any problems what so ever, I'm glad I did.

I have dry eyes and have regular eye health checks, and I've never had any issues with these lenses. They last well over 12 hours without any issues (I can't feel them when they're in). They really are fantastic.

I love the convenience of paying monthly and monthly delivery Hubble Contacts! They are very high quality and I never have any issues such as ripping or dry eyes with Hubble lenses like I have had with other daily brands. I highly recommend them!

Great experience so far with Hubble. I've been using them for almost 6 months now and have zero complaints. The order comes in the mail every month and charges to the credit card on file. Very easy and reliable. I suggest using these contacts if you're looking for daily use contacts.

I was not sure at first about these contacts. However, I love them! They do not make my eyes dry out like other contacts I have worn. I have been wearing contacts for 15 years and these are the best yet!

When I first found Hubble, I was skeptical about subscription-based contacts. I figured I would try the free two-week trial and see if they held up for 16 hours a day. Turns out they weren't any worse than the big name brands. So I subscribed, and after a year I'm still with Hubble. Great customer service. The only negative I would say is they raised the price a few months ago and my rates went up. I figured I'd be grandfathered in.

I am very unsatisfied with the service I have received. I talked to a man and canceled my subscription and requested a refund. He didn't want to help me so I requested to speak to a manager and I got the run around that no manager was in and if I wanted one would call me back, but I never received a call. Despite the horrible customer service, I sent the package back and it showed it arrived on the 3rd. It is now the 21st and I have yet to receive a refund. All I want is my money back. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received.
