I moved and wanted to cancel my subscription. They did not update my address, but sent it to the wrong addy and charged me anyway. I had to call and cancel (you cannot cancel on the website). Now to top it all off, I canceled in September and found a charge THIS MONTH for them on my bank account. The site says "canceled" but they charged me anyway! How do I ever get rid of these creeps?
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
