Hubble Contacts

Hubble Contacts is the most convenient way for me to get contacts as I juggle a job, a business, and my fun social life. It was always a pain to go to Costco, and I always felt like I had to buy too much for how often I use my contacts.

When I found Hubble Contacts a year ago, it made me see clearly and not have to worry about that errand. It's awesome that they allow you to choose how often you need the contacts to be delivered. As I first started out, I thought I needed them monthly but realized my habits really only required a delivery every three months. They're simple. They're easy. AND can I add how incredibly comfortable they are? I have extremely sensitive eyes due to allergies and all kinds of things, and these are just as comfortable, if not more comfortable than my doctor-suggested "comfort" brand.

This place is such a joke! Scams people into free trials with survey participation and then once you hit submit, it pops up terms and conditions that say that you are automatically subscribed into a monthly commitment. When I reach out afterward, they told me the only way they could cancel it was if I called their 1-800 number. Ridiculous. Totally scam operation.

So convenient and reliable! I was a little skeptical at first but found they are less expensive than my eye doctor. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wears contacts.

Everyone that wears contacts should switch to dailies; it is easier and healthier!

I'm on a tight budget so I decided to try Hubble. I got my first box, and everything is blurry. It was never stated that they only work with mild astigmatism. I am VERY unhappy and will NEVER use Hubble again. Waste of money!

Hubble has been a godsend for my busy lifestyle. My contacts arrive every month without fail. The contacts are the same quality as the ones my eye doctor provides. I have also ordered Hubble for my daughter, and she thinks they are better than what she has used from the eye doctor.

I love this service and these contacts! They make getting contacts hassle-free, and the price is reasonable. I also love their packaging! I recommend Hubble to all of my friends and family. I was very impressed by their response to me posting on my Instagram story.

Hubble is a great value relative to the expensive cost of daily contact lenses available through the big manufacturers. I never used daily lenses before, although I have come to enjoy the convenience of them. I like their packaging and the simplicity of their model.

Opportunities to improve include expanding the product line to have bi-weekly lens options, partnering with EyeMed or other insurers to be included on benefit plans, and also the ability to order boxes a-la-carte instead of being forced into a subscription model.

That said, they’re a new company, and I’m sure they have lots of plans to introduce new products, benefits, and different purchasing models in the future.

I started using Hubble Contacts several months ago off the recommendation of the podcast Dunc'd On. I've loved their service, and every time I've used customer service, I have been very pleased with the quality.

This is an incredible program. It makes it so easy to not forget contacts. They arrive in the mail, and they're easy to just take out and put on. Makes a huge difference in my life to not have to worry about it. 100% worth it. Not to mention it's so cheap!

From reading the reviews of others, I saw a lot of bad ones making me second guess myself on ordering. After getting my first set, I could see the reasons on some of the reviews saying that the contacts irritated their eyes, but after putting them in and being a contact wearer for many years (since I was 12 and now I'm 28), I could instantly tell that the contact was inside out, shaped like a saucer, and not like a bowl like they are supposed to be. Once flipped the right way, they were fine.

I love the idea that I get to take them out every night and put a new set in every morning. With the other brands that last for two weeks, my eyes would get irritated after wearing them for five days, and I would have to throw them away and get a new set. So a year supply would only last me six months, so I was spending $800 a year on contacts. Now I'm just spending $33 a month and I get a set for every day to use.

Great because they're cheap. Not the best customer service. I thought I canceled when I signed up, and I opened a box in the mail, and it was contacts. I asked them if I could ship it back and they said since I opened the outer box they couldn't. The only reason I went with them was the first month was free. The only reason I'm doing this is because I get another month free. I still use them though. They seem to work.
