Hubble Contacts

I have been wearing contact lenses for nearly 30 years, and I have to admit that this is a great experience! I love being able to order and have them delivered to my home. I worried that they would have poor quality control and they would be uncomfortable, but that is not the case. These lenses are very comfortable, and I love being able to truly dispose of them every day. Great product! I would like to see an offering of multifocal lenses (remember how I said I have been wearing them for 30 years? I am at the age of needing 'cheater glasses,' so having a multifocal option would be wonderful).

I've been using Hubble Contacts for a few months now. My insurance only pays for a certain amount each year, and it's not nearly the amount that I need for the whole year. I found Hubble and wasn't sure, but figured for the price it wouldn't hurt to try. They have won me over. There are no issues with the contacts, they fit perfect, and they deliver to my door on time every month. It was easy for them to verify my prescription and the price you can't find any better anywhere!

I tried monthly and bi-weekly contacts of many brands and hassled with storing them and cleaning contact cases for years. When I saw the ad for Hubble dailies at the price I was paying for monthly ones I wasn’t that happy with, I figured I’d give them a shot. I’m glad I did because Hubble’s contacts are fantastic! I wear them all day without any discomfort, and I can just throw them away after instead of all that meticulous cleaning and storing. Also, their automatic subscription plan is very convenient as well. I really like that they let you set the intervals of when you get charged and how often you get a new box.

Simply send your Rx to Hubble, every month they charge your card on file, and you receive your contacts to your door. Hassle-free and very affordable. The contacts are comfortable and breathable. You wear them all day and throw them out at night.

The contacts work, and the advertising is legit. However, even though the contacts are comfortable when you first put them in, after 10-12 hours, they become dry and unbearable. Not as comfortable as my normal brand Acuvue Oasys. Okay, as a backup, but not ideal. I have to call and cancel since I cannot do it online, which is a hassle.

While the contact may work for some, for those they do not work for the companies customer service skill are lacking (kind of like charter). I request for my account to be canceled and it was not. Then later, like months later, I got charged again. It appears that my account was merely paused and not canceled. I needed to call for a refund and have it ACTUALLY canceled. Once, this happened they only refunded $25. They would not refund the entire $33 they debited unauthorized. They said that the amount was for shipping and restocking even though the account was supposed to have been canceled. Once I emailed to request that they refund the full amount I was told that they needed to research whether I actually called and canceled because my account was not canceled again after the second time canceling. Customer service is lacking.

I love Hubble Contacts; they have quality contacts at an awesome price! They send my contacts every month and I love it because I don’t ever run out. I never have to think about ordering new ones. I love the packaging too!

I love Hubble! It's less expensive than other distributors and a very streamlined approach to receiving your contacts. They are great. I actually wear my dailies twice in a row with no problems. Two thumbs up.

As a person with HORRIBLE vision (-8.50 and -9.00), it really is fantastic not to have to worry about running out of contacts. Without my contacts, I would wear my super thick glasses while waiting for my contacts to arrive at the eye doctors office, then still have to go pick them up! The investment is perfect, they get shipped to my house mid-month, and I never run out. Lenses are very comfortable, too!
