Great product, highly recommended!

I love wearing Hubble Contacts and would highly recommend this product to anyone. I have worn contacts for 17 years but have never worn daily contacts until Hubble. These contacts are clear, comfortable, and very affordable. The website is very easy to manage and setting up auto shipment only takes a few minutes!

Love contact lenses

I love my contact lenses; so comfortable and did not feel they are in my eyes at all. I don't have to go to the eye doctor to get it every month, and they are expensive. Hubble provides very reasonable prices, and they send it to me every month right on time when I'm almost out of them.

Very convenient!

I recently switched from two-week contacts to dailies, and started using Hubble. What a great decision! I registered once, and now don't have to think about the logistics at all; a month supply of contacts shows up at my door a few days before I run out of my previous month supply.

For the most part, they fit well. There have been a few torn or dry lenses that I haven't been able to use, but I can't say if this is standard for daily contacts (the more containers you open, the more likely you are to have a faulty one). Also, I suspect you can get a more specifically tailored prescription through a traditional service.

Overall, I am very happy with Hubble! It's a great service that takes an annoyance out of my life.

Fantastic contacts!

I used to have a hard time regarding contacts. Many times it was due to the high prices that I would pay usually pay. One day I was watching TV and saw commercial for Hubble Contacts, that was the best thing I ever did for my eyes. The contacts are a fantastic quality, they are delivered on a routine monthly basis, and the cost is absolutely fantastic. I’m so happy I found Hubble and look forward to my future with them.

Not comparable

I got the free trial to test out the lenses. I was thinking of transitioning from monthly to daily lenses, so I trying two different types of dailies, Hubble and CooperVision. There is a huge difference. Hubble feels a lot flimsier, thinner and cheaper. They're a bit harder to put in also, and I feel them in my eyes afterward. The price isn't big enough of a difference for me to want to subscribe further.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

100% agree about the AWFUL customer service

So like every other review, I also had the pleasure of experiencing their return process.

I tried out the free first box of contacts and found them rather flimsy and irritating. I got a bit busy with life and forgot to cancel my subscription, which obviously was my mistake. That is until I found they had withdrawn $44 from my account one day with no email or warning at all.

I called customer service twice to get it canceled and inquire about the return policy. As per instructions, I returned it through the refusal of the package, and the post office told me the company would be liable for the shipping costs, which I find if the majority of companies. Hubble told me I'd have to cover it (which I did), so hey, at least they did one thing right in informing me beforehand.

Two months later and still no refund. I've sent multiple emails and phone calls. I'll admit, their customer service representatives are nice and patient, but absolutely unhelpful. They told me to contact DHL myself to inquire about WHY the package had not been delivered, and DHL told me to inquire with Hubble. It was a long back and forth process of "we don't know, we can't do anything, how about you just wait and wish for the best?"

Finally, I had the last straw today and sent them an email with how frustrating this entire process has been for me, and requesting that someone guide me to a solution rather than "sorry, you'll just have to wait." I got the $33 refund an hour later.

For two months of chasing and around 20 emails to Hubble, that $33 was really not worth it.

I can't say anything for the product itself since it simply was not suitable for myself, but Hubble will put in the complete and utmost effort to NOT process refunds. If you like the product, go for it, but remember to cancel as SOON as you find they are not comfortable with yourself. Just be prepared for a lengthy hold on your call.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I am so particular and I love them!

For the price, I figured why not. I wore Oasys contacts for like 12 years, but they have a "hard, uncomfortable rim" to them. Then I went to for 4eyes, but their contacts were $120 for a 3-month supply.

Anyway, Hubble, I LOVE THEM! Daily comfortable, moist, crystal clear vision. I will remain a loyal costumer. And since you throw them out daily it is so healthy for your eyes. I always slept in my contacts and stretched them much further than their recommended length of wear. Can't beat the price either.

Strength of lense

I ordered the contacts for my son who has been wearing contacts for 6 years. My son says these contacts are the same prescription (-4.75 and -5.00) yet when he wears the Hubble Contacts he says the strength is not comparable and he cannot see as well as with the Acuvue contacts he has been wearing the past 6 months. I am not sure why the strength is not the same between contacts.

I am loving my Hubble Contacts experience! Although my eyes can tell a slight difference from the brand name I was getting from my doctor, it isn't much. Definitely worth saving the money.

Free, but not worth it

Yes, I got 15 pairs of contacts for free (plus $3 for shipping). To me, that made it worth it to try these contacts out. However, after my experience, I will not be continuing with this service.

First of all, Hubble's customer service is incompetent. One example is that they ask the same questions repeatedly even after you have already answered them. At one point, they emailed me to ask me what my prescription was. They also had the wrong telephone number listed for my optometrist, called a random woman (who later left me a voicemail), then claimed that the person they talked to said my prescription was expired. Even after I told them multiple times the correct phone number (even sent them a copy of my prescription), they told me that my "optometrist" (still don't know who they were talking to) said that Hubble Contacts wouldn't fit on my eyes.

Finally, they called the correct number and sent me my contacts. The contacts themselves are the absolute worst quality I have ever encountered. I have been using contacts for over 20 years, trying many different brands, and none have been this bad. They are dry as soon as they hit your eyes, and I can't seem to get a clear focus when I wear them. The dryness creates a terrible discomfort that made me not even want to use the rest of the contacts. I am keeping them for an emergency in case I run out of my other brand, but I refuse to wear these as a first option. Heck, I'd rather wear my glasses than these.

So, in summary, the contacts are as terrible as the customer service. If you need some backup pairs of lenses and are short on cash, that is the only reason I can see to get this deal. You also have to cancel your subscription by telephone (no online option), or they will start automatically charging your card. Overall it seems like a scam to me.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
