Scam. You never get anything good. You advise Ipsy what you don’t like, and it still keeps coming. Watch the annual recurring subscription. If you don’t cancel prior to your current subscription you have to pay for another full year. Products are absolute garbage!

I've been getting my Ipsy bag for over a year now, and I love it. I feel I get more than my money's worth every single time (I haven't had to purchase mascara or eyeliner in the entire time I've been getting the bag!). I hardly recognize any of the brands, but they have all been super great quality. There's always plenty in each sample to use more than once, and many times you get a full sized product. And the bags are so cute!

Love love love my Ipsy bag! They really paid attention to the survey I submitted as to what I use and the colors I like! NAILED IT! I love every single item they sent. Can't wait to try them all out! Very impressed.

Highly recommend Ipsy to all my friends and family. I always had great service when I had to email them about something. I do wish they would fix their point thing because it's just too high for some of their stuff. Other than that, it's a great site that I enjoy every month. Keep up the great work Ipsy.

It is definitely worth the $10 if you love makeup and want to try out new products. I have gotten three months so far and have really enjoyed most of the products. It has given me makeup that I normally would not go out and spend money on, and I also found out I loved it. Every box I have gotten has a value of over $50. My last bag had a value of over $100 full retail price (I look up my products). If you aren't getting products you like, then try changing your preferences. There are many tutorials on how to get a better bag. Not all the products that you get are going to be your favorite. I have gotten at least one product for each bag that I didn't really like or use. I have tried to use all the products with an open mind and have LOVED most of them. This is a cheap subscription but be careful because once you try it you might get addicted!

I got the plus bag - supposed to be more products. Got it and WORST BAG EVER! It sent me items I told them NOT TO SEND ME! It sent me colors too dark and anti-aging products. I am only 18 and don't need that. Worst service too. Won't respond to any emails of any kind or ever a message! I canceled right away when I got the bag in the mail! DO NOT USE THEM - THEY ARE A SCAM!

I hate this company, you can't get ahold of a person. For 4 months, the computer says, "can't cancel subscription," they just keep charging my card. I'm suing.

I was ordering a glam bag subscription that is $13.00 a month and was charged for a glam bag plus for $30.00 a month. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue I was told that there was nothing they could do. I canceled the subscription but am still out the money.

I changed my subscription to every other month and was still charged every month. Customer service didn’t respond so I canceled my subscription. The next month, I was charged again. I asked customer service for a refund because I was charged for two bags I didn’t receive and they told me I still had a subscription even though nothing showed when I looked at my account. They refused to give a refund and I still have not received those bags.

$10 monthly is one of the most affordable subscriptions. I estimated how much the bag and shipping would cost them, including their pay for the staff (online workers, warehouse, and office advertising staff), and dealing with the brands for the "deluxe" and full-size sample size products. I would understand that they are a business too and they have to earn too. And you wouldn't have a five out of five votes for the five products on your bag. In two years of my subscription, I am happy with the three items but not ALL five. Anyhow, it's good to be updated with beauty brands in the market, and you can try what's really worth buying.

I have been with Ipsy for years, and after reading through all of these reviews I am a bit baffled that so many people seem to have issues that I have never had. If someone is getting charged a yearly subscription then that must be a user error, because I and anyone I know is charged a clear monthly price. As for customer service, I have always been able to get in touch with Ipsy via email (help@ipsy.com). The only issues I have run into with them is sometimes they send products that I don’t care for, products that my beauty profile would clearly state that I DON'T want. Other than that, they are alright and heck, I’m only paying $30 a month to get hundreds of dollars worth of products!
