    Overall Experience:

    I have been with Ipsy for years, and after reading through all of these reviews I am a bit baffled that so many people seem to have issues that I have never had. If someone is getting charged a yearly subscription then that must be a user error, because I and anyone I know is charged a clear monthly price. As for customer service, I have always been able to get in touch with Ipsy via email (help@ipsy.com). The only issues I have run into with them is sometimes they send products that I don’t care for, products that my beauty profile would clearly state that I DON'T want. Other than that, they are alright and heck, I’m only paying $30 a month to get hundreds of dollars worth of products!

    Pros and Cons:

    • Customer service email is prompt
    • Good selection
    • Fair prices
    • Sometimes inaccurate product picks

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
