My 91-year-old mother was sold $260 in products that she did not understand. If anyone would listen to the phone conversation I am sure it would be evident she did not understand. Now we had to pay another $25 to ship back. It had to be shipped in two separate boxes (to the same address), why I don’t know. This is clearly elder abuse.

I ordered the set to try it out. Was completely compliant as far as following directions and continued until all of the "sample" was finished. Being an older woman (62), used and abused my hair when I was younger, graying and medication making my hair thin/ fine and hard to handle. I guess I was expecting that the company would be honest. We all need to find out through our own mistakes what works for each individual, but hoping for more than just honesty works for me. Companies that offer the moon, knowing full well that their product may not fit each person exactly, is a company I will avoid. Keranique made my hair oily, which it is normally, took the color out and did nothing for giving me "Regrowth", Thicker and Fuller" hair. I also did not get my money back after the promised 100% risk-free trial. Maybe it would work if I put more money and time (like a year of product). Do not promise something to everyone after 6 weeks. I should have known better.

I finally decided to try Keranique after stalling for a few years because I read and heard so many mixed reviews. My initial contact with a representative was not to my liking. I had many questions, but the agent kept asking me for my credit card number, my address where to ship to, etc. I told her to please let me ask and get my questions answered before I give her my personal information. She was extremely persistent, which made me realize they work on commission or some kind of incentive plan. She eventually answered my questions, and I decided to order.

I received the products almost immediately. I was very excited to start using. I started having issues after the second washing of my hair. So I called back customer service and was told I was probably using too much shampoo. So I cut it down significantly.

My hair was so dry and so tangled...it was awful. I called back again, received more advice and instructions, and by the way, every single time I called, the representatives tried to sell me MORE products! I was given different advise every time I called. My last phone call the agent told me, "if you normally wash your hair once or twice a week continue to wash your hair that way with the Keranique product." No one had ever told me that before, so I was washing my hair often. Also, no one had ever told me how much minoxidil to apply to my scalp, so I was overusing that as well!

I had to get 5 inches cut off my hair after this nightmare! The only thing that was positive in this whole experience is that they, in fact, refunded my money quite expeditiously. The bottom line for me is that these representatives are not fully trained (or simply don't care) about this product and are just concerned in getting their commissions or incentives. We who call are having real issues with our hair, and in some cases, it is quite devastating to us as in my case.

I did find another product which has worked wonders for me. My hair has "comeback," which also happens to be the name of the product.

I have had bad experiences ordering online and I was never going to do it again, but I saw the advertisement for Keranique hair products and my hair is thinning out a lot so I read through the whole ad. It was a risk-free trial to try the product - nowhere did it say if I didn't ring to cancel and return products before one month I would be charged $87 (AUS dollars), and another $87 the next month. Anyway, I have been caught out before so I am returning unused and NEVER AGAIN am I going to order anything online! I thought (and this is what they should do) that they would send a small sample for you to try and if you liked it then you would order a bigger supply - that is a more honest method of selling a product.

I didn’t see any difference, it made my hair super flat, no volume what so ever. I used it as directed, not happy, especially for the price. I’m sure it’s worked for others but it’s definitely not for everyone.

I would recommend this to anybody. I started using these products last year, and I already see the result in my hair. It's more manageable and thick and looks bright and shining. I would definitely recommend the products to my friends and family. Good luck using the products and I hope you will feel as I did, and that it's helpful. Thanks.

I've been using this product for over three months now, and I still haven't seen a difference. I don't know if I should give it more time or just give up spending money. I keep ordering it, giving it more time to see if my hair stops getting thin. I never had a problem with hair loss until three years ago; I had so much hair and all of a sudden it started thinning out. I am not happy I've spent so much money.

The products I used in the Kit I didn't like, except for the hair growth treatment. The rest made my hair feel too dry. The product might be good for some, but not me.

My hair has been thin to begin with, and a little bit every day, until the medicine Anastrozole doesn't have to be taken anymore, but I might have to take it for the rest of my life. Cancer is really scary to me and I don't want it to come back! The pills, on the other hand, have vitamins in them that I already take, so I can't afford them right now. I will have to send them back.

Maybe later in the next year, I will. I'm so sorry that I had to tell you this. I will see how the hair growth treatment goes, and I hope it helps me!

I have fine hair with some curl, so I am always looking for a product that will make my hair look fuller, so I was excited to try this product.

The shampoo smelled really nice, which is good because I can be sensitive to some fragrances. The conditioner was nice and thick but didn’t weigh down my hair. The spray was innocuous, and I saw absolutely no benefit from it.

Bottom line is, it’s a good shampoo and conditioner but really didn’t make my fine hair look any fuller than it does with other higher end product.

I had to discontinue the vitamin supplements as I was growing hair in unwanted places; predominantly the facial area. I continue using the shampoo, conditioner, the spray on treatment and the blow drying formula for my hair. Merry hair does continue falling out, but there’s always new growth, and I do not have bald spots.

On June 25th I canceled my order via telephone. I received an order cancelation number and a receipt number. I was charged $49.95 for my product on June 18th. I got another charge of $49.95 on June 28th. The representative said I would be billed one more time, which I assume was the one on June 28th. I am not sure why I would be billed for the product twice since I canceled my order on June 25th, and paid for the previous order one week earlier on June 18th. Having just read 150 comments both good and bad, I hope that I will not be charged again in July. If I am, I will understand why some users were very frustrated and disappointed with their communication or lack of with the Keranique team.
