Lectin Shield

I no longer have stomach cramps or excess gas and enjoy most of the food I have always enjoyed. As an aside, I have stayed pretty rigorously with the Plant Paradox eating plan and have enjoyed a significant reduction in weight.

I had already been active in the Plant Paradox nutritional program and been taking the Vital Reds for better than a month before I read about and ordered Lectin Shield.

I must say I was losing steam following the challenging Plant Paradox "diet" and cheated on it twice. Twice my gut punished me with days of relentless constipation and lassitude.

Had I not enjoyed the serendipity to have read about Lectin Shield precisely when I did, I would have left the program. I had been invited to attend two days of fun and excellent cuisine at the coast, and it was on the following weekend.

Not going was not an option. So I ordered one bottle of Lectin Shield and RSVP'd the invitation. One week later I was at my friend's home, with my mysterious bottle in my suitcase. We were running late for the play he had authored, so we had to wolf down a couple of grilled burgers before we left. I excused myself and popped a Lectin Shield in my mouth and returned to his patio.

The cheeseburger was ambrosia to me. It was accompanied by wine and followed by desert before we left.

The next morning, and the morning after I was delighted to discover that, well, nothing happened.! No grumbly gut. I was full of energy and enjoying myself insanely.

A fluke? Hardly! The next time I used my Lectin Shield was several weeks later, at a going away party for my daughter. I was frying the tacos for the family, and I am proud of my tacos. It was no time for prudery. Besides I wanted one, two, no, three of them. But it wasn't before I downed a Lectin Shield. For good measure, I had another Lectin Shield afterward. The tacos were greasy-good!

I'm still on the Plant Paradox program. How could a nutritional program like Dr. Gundry's not be good for my gut when the warning for my occasional departure from it can be so harsh? Unless, that is, one has his/her bottle of Lectin Shield at the ready for that rare cheat day when he's/she's gonna be Lectin-ly naughty?

It's gonna happen, so why not prepare for it? That's why I'll always have my bottle of Lectin Shield in my cupboard or suitcase.

My wife has suffered with ME from chronic fatigue for the last 25 years, we now live in Tuscany for half of the year as this does help with her condition.

We started the Plant Paradox diet which also had a real beneficial effect, however, we were initially concerned that my wife, as a vegan, eating a lectin free diet in Tuscany would make life really difficult when visiting friends (no zucchini, aubergines and especially no gnocchi).

The Lectin Blockers are the icing on the cake! Occasionally, she eats "dodgy" food where blockers totally override the negative effects, fantastic!

Just out of interest, having read the book she discovered hemp tofu in Italy (don't think we can get it in the UK) and is now making her own!

I've been starting using Lectin Shield nine months ago with great results, including improved digestion and better weight management. I ran out for a short time and thought perhaps I didn't need it as I was taking some other Gundry supplements as well, but could really feel the difference, especially with digestive issues, stomach cramping and bloating. I highly recommend Lectin Shield, especially for those times when you find yourself in social situations where you are likely to eat foods with high lectin content.

Although I am following the diet, I wanted to have insurance that lectins were not affecting my leaky gut in any way. It has taken me so long to finally find something I understand and believe is an answer to my problems. Lectin Shield ensures that I have protected myself when I have a meal that may not be completely free of lectins.

After only three weeks I have a complete blood analysis done by my cardiologist that was so improved he took me off of Atorvastatin. The visit previous he had doubled the dosage. I can imagine what my future tests will be like. I am excited about the direction I am going and believe Lectin Shield is a vital part of the program I am on. I was never aware of lectins before, but when I found out what they do to you, I decided to give Lectin Shield a try. I was already on the prebiotic for the last four months. I added the Lectin Shield and now find I can tell the difference already! I'm feeling so much better and have more energy than I had before, plus I'm eating better.

Now that I'm taking this supplement my gut feels happy, and my bowel movements are better. I use to have popping and grinding bones and fibers in my upper back. They are less now. I have no desire for lectin containing foods.

We have been following the lectin free diet for about 4 weeks and taking dr. gundry supplements for the last 3 days and have great success already with weight loss, improvement of arthritis pains and best of all my husband has cut his diabetes medicine in half and still lowered his glucose levels by about 40 points. The only problem is occasionally we have to travel with work and we have to eat out sometimes and also on the weekend when we go to the lake we have a dinner club where everyone brings something to eat. So in these recent instances we have taken the lectin shield so as not to undo the progress we have made and we have found it really works well.

Currently, my family and I are working on eliminating all lectins from our diet. Like with anything, "change" can be a difficult thing. We have incorporated using the Lectin Shield when we dine out.

This way if my daughter wants a little pasta, or my hubby has a few chopped tomatoes in his salad, we are covered. I am totally on board with Dr. Gundry's Primal Plants, Vital Reds and now Heart Defense, but for those times when the old "change" monster raises its pesky head, we have our Lectin Shield to help!

Lectin blocker seems to reduce pain and inflammation for my fibromyalgia and promotes weight loss along Vital Reds in a very significant way.

I was trapped in obesity and yo-yo dieting. Always hungry, fighting cravings, and doing well on diets until I just couldn't keep going and would give up. With Gundry products and cutting out sugar to a large extent and eating good proteins regularly, I have lost a lot of weight with out the torture! I don't feel hungry all the time, hungry right after a meal or obsessed with cravings so I feel free for the first time from the control of food. I don't live to eat anymore, but I still enjoy eating. My husband and I keep losing inches too. It has been fun and surprising.

Lectin blocker seems to make things even better because many foods caused my inflammation and fibromyalgia to flare so badly or my fatigue to hit so hard, but with Lectin Shield it seems to reduce the impact of certain foods and allows me to enjoy a bigger variety of foods without the painful consequences. It doesn't mean perfection but it does offer a definite amount of relief, and I am more than grateful. Thank you Dr. Gundry.
