I have been using Lectin Shield for two months and am very pleased with how I feel. I take two capsules before a meal high in lectins and find it helps with my allergic response to the toxins in lectins. It basically keeps me from having my usual allergic reactions to any foods high in lectins. I eat out a lot, so I find it nearly impossible to avoid the foods with lectins that I am able to avoid when eating at home. Thanks Dr. Gundry for a great product!

I purchased the Lectin Shield for the benefits of helping reduce the inflammation of my joints. The surprising benefit I have noticed is that if taken just before a meal or with a meal, it is about 90% effective in eliminating the passage of gas. It seems to really help in digestion. I usually take it at least twice a day and sometimes an additional midday dose. I have even started carrying a few in my purse to take if I have a meal away from home. I take Dr. Gundry's Prebiotic and an RX Probiotic. I have eaten a diet high in fiber and have for many years but still have embarrassing gassy episodes throughout the day. Lectin Shield has reduced this greatly. I hope it is doing as good for my joints as it is for my digestive track. I've been following the diet program from Dr. Gundry's The Plant Paradox for a few months now, and am within 5 pounds of my weight loss goal. My other goal, to be healthy, is also right on target. However, I confess to an occasional dip into the "forbidden" pool of comfort foods, only to have my stomach react almost immediately. Apparently, the "bad gut bugs" that used to thrive there, looking for lectins, are gone. The "good bugs" don't know what to do with foods that shouldn't be there, and it's very uncomfortable. Clearly, my body is telling me I'm on the right program, but I'm still going to cheat sometimes. I now take Lectin Shield with meals that veer a little, or sometimes a lot, from the wiser path, and I no longer suffer afterward. My problem has been solved. I've combined Vital Reds with Lectin Shield, and even though I've accidentally skipped a few doses of the Lectin Shield, I can notice the difference. I don't feel bloated when I OCCASIONALLY eat very seasoned food or sweets. I try to avoid those types of food, but you know, sometimes you got to live a little. It's only been about two weeks since I started. I can't wait to see how it works in a few more weeks.

I have been using Lectin Shield for a while but honestly not taking exactly per their recommendations. I want to try to take as per their directions going forward. I was trying to spread out because of the expense.

I am taking several of the Gundry products for a while now and overall am feeling so much better with more energy. Part of my problem is that we have been traveling so much that I have not seen a big change in my weight issues. But I am maintaining and with eating out all of the time that to me is good.

I have not been back to the doctor for full blood work in a while and am hoping to see a change with next testing. I had a little cholesterol issue and can’t take Statins.
