I have bad stomach issues everytime I eat. I get pain and discomfort. Well, I ordered this product, and it's amazing. I can eat things I couldn't before. My sister has the same issues so I gave her a bottle. The best decision I ever made was to try this product.

I believe that Lectin Shield has made a great impact on my gut. I am on a Paleo diet due to being diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases. Eliminating gluten, sugars, wheat, and dairy from my die, really took away the gluten, and because of that, I was able to lower my antibodies. So I discovered Lectin Shield and started to try a few ingredients that I've had to eliminate, and I didn't get sick, I was able to tolerate the foods, and actually enjoy things again. I'm still reading labels and keeping certain things out of my diet, but Lectin Shield gives me a peace of mind when I do eat a food that I've been advised to stay away from.

I have been using Lectin Shield in addition to Vital Reds and Primal Plants. Since adding the Lectin Shield, I have noticed an improvement in my blood sugar readings and less desire for sweets, which is so important for controlling my diabetes! This regime seems to work for me!

I have taken Lectin Shield for three weeks now.

My constipation is improving, and I do not feel hungry during the day, so I am losing 500 gram so far. I feel I have more energy and my tummy is not hard like before. I feel better and better. When I get up in the morning, I do not feel tired, and in fact, I enjoy doing things during the day. I think I made the right choice to have Lectin Shield. Thank you for your product.

I am still on in the second phase so I don't take the shield yet...except if I am going to a party and am afraid I will eat something I shouldn't. That has happened twice.

I am worried, Dr. Gundry, because I take an antidepressant and you wrote that if a person takes an antidepressant, then all the good bugs have certainly left.

I tried going off but my meds, but it is too soon.

I've always been skeptical of "infomercial" advertising that I come across online, but after watching Dr. Gundry's presentation, I purchased the Lectin Shield product.

To say the least, I've been amazed by using this product! I take a probiotic in the morning along with 2 caps of the Shield before having breakfast. At lunch, I now have a cup of bone broth from a company that is all over the internet. For dinner, I have either more bone broth alone or in a soup that I make with organic veggies, or a salad, or a small Paleo meal preceded by two more caps of the Shield.

My bowel habits are much more stable, and I've now lost 18 pounds with the entire regiment!

Very highly recommended.

Before starting Lectin Shield, my food allergies were again on the increase. The biggest symptom was/is migraine headaches. I started Lectin Shield slowly, not knowing what my body's reaction would be, would it be another allergen? Turned out that I did fine with Lectin Shield and have increased the dosage to the recommended dose. I can now report that I am now waking up with a migraine only about once a week, vs. 4-5 times per week. That's a tremendous improvement, and I look forward to hopefully no morning headaches in the future as my body adjusts to Lectin Shield. I'm very impressed with the product and have to give it credit for my improvement.

I haven't been using Lectin Shield that long, less than a month I think. The main benefit it gives me is the ability to eat foods I enjoy without the horrible feeling some of it gives me in my gut. This is important because unfortunately a lot of the recommended foods are difficult for me to find, and when I can find them, many are out of my ability to afford for any sustainable period. By having Lectin Shield, I can use foods that are affordable or easier to find but may have lectins in them.

I follow my lectin-avoidance diet very carefully because I've had quite a few so-called "autoimmune" diseases that have gone into remission. I am also a sometimes companion to a retired priest who loves to take me out to eat. That eating out used to be such a chore! Now I am able to go out with him without worrying about what I eat, and I can simply enjoy his delightful company. He has several health problems - he is legally blind, very hard of hearing, diabetic, and yet he is warmly sociable and absolutely loves to get out of the house and do almost anything with friends. I thank you so very much for this product!

I have been on an AIP diet for almost 2 years now and have excluded from my diet all nightshades, beans, tomatoes, peppers and many more. Lectin Shield has allowed me to at least add tomato sauce, chili powder, cucumbers, pumpkin and pumpkin seeds. Thank you for bringing this excellent product to us, Dr. Gundry!
