    Lectin Shield

    Peace of mind

    Overall Experience:

I haven't been using Lectin Shield that long, less than a month I think. The main benefit it gives me is the ability to eat foods I enjoy without the horrible feeling some of it gives me in my gut. This is important because unfortunately a lot of the recommended foods are difficult for me to find, and when I can find them, many are out of my ability to afford for any sustainable period. By having Lectin Shield, I can use foods that are affordable or easier to find but may have lectins in them.

    Gundry MD Total Restore

Total Restore appears to be the real deal

    Overall Experience:

    Dear Dr. Gundry,

I'm writing you to tell you that after using just one bottle of the Total Restore I am please to notice significant changes going on in my gut.

First, after just a few days I could hear movement in my gut where previously it was mostly quiet, and I struggled with constipation constantly. After about two weeks I noticed my bowel movements were more regular, more complete and most importantly, more normal whereas before my bowel movements were hard as a rock and quite painful at times.

Now this I gather is just the start of the benefits I can expect from Total Restore. I read all these changes as the result of Total Restore transforming what was an unhealthy gut that wasn't working correctly to a more normal healthy gut working more the way it is meant to. Now, unfortunately, that's all the benefits I've noted so far and is because my overall health was very poor from a cardio-logical perspective.

Now, being that you are a cardiologist you'll recognize immediately what I mean when I tell you what I've been thru most recently. I just returned home from having an angioplasty performed and with a stent put in place. This was the result of not taking better care of my health the past 20+ years after experiencing a heart attack at age 32 and having a double bypass performed at age 33. Frankly, I'm very lucky I made it that long without any additional procedures until now. I figure these issues might slow down the rate of improvement from taking Total Restore but don't worry, I bought nine bottles and I intend to make Total Restore and the regular tips you provide a key weapon in my fight for improved cardio health.

Now, I'm not sure if Total Restore is the best fit for my situation and as such, I would be open to any recommendations you make for any of your other fine products that might be a better match for my situation. The only caveat being that I am on disability and as such my funds are limited so what I do in the way of using your other products will depend on what I can afford. Still I am happy so far with Total Restore and at a minimum will use up every bit of what I already have and order more in the future when needed. Unless of course you recommend a better option.

The last thing I'll say is I really appreciate all the tips and suggestions you've been regularly sending my way, but many of them I find either unpalatable and/or the ingredients too difficult for me to source and afford. I would really be interested in a complete diet with a wide variety of options to satisfy most pallets and pocketbooks.

I would also like to thank you for staying interested in your customers beyond their purchase. This aspect of your business is very helpful and frankly is what sets you apart from the many so-called experts trying to sell all sorts of "miracle" products. I don't want "miracles," I want results, and that is what I feel you and your products offer. I look forward to any future suggestions you send my way and would be thrilled to hear from you regarding this review.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
