NP Emily Youngblood conducted my mental health appointment today. Overall, the experience was pleasant. Ms. Youngblood answered all of my questions and offered great recommendations. My experience thus far with Lemonaid Health has been easy, and straightforward. I wasn’t able to find an opening with a doctor's office in my area until November and with Lemonaid I was able to get in touch with someone within 1 day.

Absolutely amazing experience with these guys, I hope they never change. They always get back to you as soon as they possibly can and have somewhat reasonable prices. I do believe if they start upping prices though it wouldn't be worth it. So for now it's great.

My excuse is that I just don’t have time. My weeks are so busy, I just never set aside time for myself. With Lemonaid I was able to schedule an appointment on a Sunday morning. Dr. Lui took the time to ask the right questions to get a feel for who I was and what was going to help me. I have been using Lemonaid for a few years now. Today, I went out of state for a softball tournament and needed to speak with someone since I got sick on the way here. I contacted Lemonaid to make sure I would have no problems with being out of state and getting a prescription filled. I sent a message with the pharmacy here and within 10 minutes I had a call from Emily, an NP. She quickly evaluated my symptoms and sent my prescription over to the new pharmacy. I love using Lemonaid! I have insurance but I love Lemonaid way better. All the doctors and NPs are always so nice and pleasant to deal with!

I've used Lemonaid to obtain prescription birth control for over 5 years now, and it just keeps getting better. I am public transit-reliant, and getting to a doctor in-person is often challenging for me, and a safety concern during the ongoing pandemic. Lemonaid makes doctor visits so convenient for those of us with transportation challenges, or who struggle to find the time for in-person visits. This past visit I was seen by nurse practitioner Emily Youngblood, and she was thorough, accommodating, and provided excellent care and customer service. Her plan of care gave me all the information I needed regarding what is actually in my prescription, potential drug interactions, risk of complications, and reminders of when to seek in-person care for other women's health issues, all in easy-to-understand layman's terms. Best of all, less than 24 hours after initiating the visit, a year's worth of refills of my preferred prescription birth control pills were called into my local pharmacy. Lemonaid is still coming through for me after all these years. It is indispensable.

I don't know how many times people have told me to "just stop being anxious." Trust me, I've tried...and if I could, I definitely would! But it wasn't until I tried Lemonaid Health that I actually felt heard about my condition and got real help. I've dealt with anxiety for years, and it's only gotten worse as I've grown older. I spoke with the wonderful person at Lemonaid Health and literally broke into tears of relief when I heard that they may be able to genuinely help me. It's been a great program and I've felt so much better. I’ve been with Lemonaid Health for a year now and all I can say is that it is amazing! The price I pay is $25 for a 3-month supply, which is so good! I take Lo Loestrin Fe, which is the lowest dose of estrogen for a birth control, and it had been my favorite thing ever. I have not had to worry about using my insurance, have not gained weight at all, and do not have to worry about getting pregnant or having irregular periods. Lemonaid Health has seriously made my life so much easier with their over-the-phone consultations that take less than 10 minutes! Just renewed my yearly prescription and it was less than 5 minutes. So grateful for Lemonaid Health!
