I have used them for about two years on birth control refills and just today for UTI Rx. It used to be only for three months, but the last time I found it's now a one year refill. You also get to video chat with doctor or NP, so you get a personal touch. Why go sit in an office for up to an hour waiting to be seen for 5 minutes tops. I just got what I figured was a UTI (first time) and knew I would need antibiotics so of course, I went to Lemonaid. From start to video visit, it maybe took 10 minutes, and my script will be sent to the pharmacy I chose within 15 minutes after visit. Of course, if I felt I needed to be seen in person, I'd go, but when all you need is a simple prescription this is the best way ever!

The nurse practitioner called in the wrong prescription (I had been here before and she changed it without even speaking with me). When I tried to get it remedied, I was told by the supervising doctor that they were going to do it their way and really had no interest in what I had to say.

I moved out of my home state temporarily and didn't want to go through the hassle of finding a new OBGYN or primary care physician. (I'm a generally healthy person, so I didn't feel it was necessary to have a local doctor.) However, my now out-of-state doctor was unwilling to refill my prescription of birth control since I moved. This left me scrambling to find options of refilling my birth control. Through a quick Google search, I found Lemonaid and I couldn't be more relieved/happy. I waited 5 minutes to speak with a doctor through the app and they refilled my prescription after I answered a few questions.

I will say to those who want to use the app for birth control, make sure you know your blood pressure beforehand. I had to run to the nearest Walgreen's to get a reading before the app let me speak with a doctor.

I had come to get a medication filled. I put in my request and they kept me in contact every step of the way. The doctor had messaged me through their website and gave me a ton of info on the medication. One thing I appreciated more than anything, but also so unique they give the option to send it to you and receive within 2-3 days (I personally didn't do it this way), OR you can get it filled at a local pharmacy. I have picked the local pharmacy and I had no issues and I could pick up my prescription next day! Overall the service was absolutely amazing and I'd recommend to anyone! This was the best thing created this century. I took a urine test from Azo to see I had a UTI. Instead of making a doctor appt, begging to get in, then waiting, then leaving with a prescription to get filled, I just went on my phone. The wait was only 6 minutes, I saw Andre Tarin, NP, right away. Told him my issue, he immediately sent my prescription to my local pharmacy. The process was so easy and for the same price as my co-pay! ZERO REGRETS!

I turned to my PCP for help with depression and anxiety. She, in turn, handed me a list of psychiatrists in the area. After calling over 20 and finding that providers either a) did not take ANY insurance or b) would not take on new patients, I was desperate. I don't have $600 for an intake with a psychiatrist and I can't wait 3 months to see someone who takes my insurance (a very good PPO plan for which I pay a portion out of each paycheck). My primary refused to prescribe a different antidepressant (wanting me to see a specialist) and my anxiety and depression have been particularly bad and I simply wanted to switch SSRIs and try a different approach. It is hard enough to ask for help with depression and anxiety, and then to be told that, basically, sorry, there is no help...keep calling and calling. It took so much effort just to ask for help in the first place! I was left floundering by my primary care and saw an ad for this service, so I figured I would try it. Within 30 minutes I had a video consult, I was able to ask questions, receive answers and I will be switching medications to another SSRI that will, hopefully, be better suited to me. Fantastic!

So I’m at work and have been putting off going to the doctor. I have no refills left and haven’t had an outbreak in a while.
