My daughter shared this app with me and I believe it’s the best-kept secret! My medicine arrived to my doorstep in like 2 days! When I got labs done I just scanned my QR code and didn’t have to complete all that cumbersome paperwork. It was so seamless and quick! I spoke to two helpful doctors to follow up and check on me and my medical concerns. I told my husband, "this is the way all healthcare services should be done!"

I can't express enough how impressed I've been with the support and customer focus provided by Lemonaid Health, not to mention the quality medication they provide. Their consultation process is top notch. Quick but very thorough, which I appreciate. Any questions are quickly answered by their support team. It's rare to find such focus on the customer/patient from an online company. They definitely care, that's evident. I highly recommend them, I direct a large customer service/help desk team for a leading U.S. retailer, I wish I could steal all of them!

I ordered two refills for sildenafil and waited for it to come in. Two days turned into two weeks. I contacted USPS and they opened up a case and NEVER contacted me or kept me in the loop for any updates. The last tracking updated was 8/5, and as of 8/27, no updates AT ALL. They won’t even return my calls. But I contacted Lemonaid and Blain from customer service sent me the same exact order, no questions asked with no charge. I was dreading this as a loss but Lemonaid came through in the clutch. I love this company and hope to have a great patient MD relationship with them. Keep it up!

I had a horrible experience with my OBGYN and needed to find a new one. I didn't have time to research and find one who was under my insurance and met all of my criteria but I needed birth control ASAP since I was almost out. I signed up and got on a video call within 10 minutes and then had a prescription sent to me. It was so fast and easy. This was an incredible experience. It would have taken me longer to wait on the phone with a doctor's office and get an appointment scheduled than it did to have my visit and get my prescription with Lemonaid. Highly recommend this service.

I paid for a consultation due to a sinus infection. The medical staff reached out to me promptly and did a very thorough consultation and follow up. They were able to provide me with the right prescription and I picked it up at my CVS shortly after.

I had to change the prescription over an insurance issue and the doctor responded promptly and fixed on a Sunday. I also had to change the shipping address as it was different from billing. Both were quick and easy. Blain was very helpful and the service was very fast. Very convenient and helpful tool for busy people.

Awesome company doing a great service. I've been using them for quite some time now and am ALWAYS impressed with their professional skills and friendly assistance. Easy to use and the staff is great. They always do what they say they are going to do and are always very prompt in their responses. Doctors there are top-notch and very knowledgeable. All in all just very impressive and professional. I continue to use them over my own PCP or dorctor office.

I had a situation arise where I was unable to get to my primary doctor and I didn’t know what I was going to do. I got to looking around online and found this site. It truly saved me! Alex the NP I worked with was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I would recommend this site for anyone with healthcare needs! The Lemonaid platform was extremely easy to use. Once I completed my check-in survey, I heard from a doctor within 20 minutes. Within a couple of hours, a doctor had diagnosed my issue, prescribed my medicine and sent the prescription to my pharmacy.
I certainly recommend using Lemonaid if you are looking for medical attention, but can't physically make it to the doctor's office due to travel, time constraints or other reasons.

The only problem was I wish I knew about this sooner! So quick and easy and the NP was very friendly and informative over the phone. From when I first searched for an online provider to when I picked up the prescription, it took less than an hour. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I was feeling like my late summer cold was improving, and then I started to feel lousy again. I waited as long as I could to address the Sinusitis I feared had set-up in my nasal passages. Unfortunately, it was late on Friday and I knew that my regular doctor would be unavailable to me until the following Tuesday. Since I had Sinusitis about 4 years ago, I knew what the symptoms were and how to kill the virus. I explored my options to obtain a consult/script service online and read many reviews that raved about Lemonaid. I went to their website and was quickly provided an online/Skype-style interview directly with Dr. Liu. He was caring, knowledgeable and asked the questions to get to the root of my problem. Within one hour I was provided a prescription and on my way to feeling better soon. I will use Lemonaid again!

I had a sinus infection - classic symptoms, had it before. I really didn't want to call the doctor, negotiate for an appointment or even really to get out of bed. I was able to be seen by Dr. Liu with Lemonaid in 10 minutes. I filled out a health questionnaire. Then I video-chatted with Dr. Liu who took my history, got me some antibiotics and followed up with me. I was able to use my time to rest in bed instead of being around other sick people!
A fabulous service!

I have been using Lemonaid since June 2016. Customer service was always great and fast. I needed a prescription for birth control and the process was so easy and now they have a delivery option on some of the medication to your home, which made me even happier because I don’t have to drive to the pharmacy and wait there. Huge time saver and very convenient. And the price for my 3 months of birth control refill was actually even a bit cheaper than in the pharmacy when you pay out of pocket. Recently I have told a friend about Lemonaid and she was amazed how easy the process was.
Thank you Lemonaid Team for using technologies to help people to get affordable medical treatment who cannot make it to the actual doctor’s office or doesn’t have insurance (or any other reason a person might have).

It was my birthday and I couldn't be bothered by my UTI! But later that night I realized tomorrow would need to be spent waiting at urgent care and paying a steep premium for a urine test and a visit with a doctor to get a prescription for antibiotics. I googled antibiotics for UTIs and eventually stumbled upon a site called Lemonaid (hah) where a virtual consult for $25 would get me a prescription to the pharmacy of my choice. So...I created an account, answered a few medical questions, waited in a virtual waiting room for about 12 minutes (there were 7 people in line ahead of me when I joined), talked with a doctor for about three minutes, and received a prescription. Hands down the most efficient medical experience I've ever had and I would recommend this to anyone!

The helpful team reached out to me within a couple of hours. The app was easy to use and super helpful. They were very informative and helpful. Will definitely use in the future! I thought that it would take at least a day for someone to get back with me but it only took a couple of hours and I’ll have my prescription soon. You can also have the prescription mailed to you if you need them to. Great friendly service!

I’ve struggled to find birth control from a doctor who listened or cared locally. But I finally found it with Lemonaid Health!
I started experiencing problems with my medication and sent a message to the team and within 6 hours I was called by a doctor who was able to talk things through a find a better medication for me. He suggested an alternative that would improve my side effects and made the transition easy.
The next call came from a nurse practitioner who went over all my concerns and questions about the new medication to make sure I felt comfortable taking it. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful beyond belief. I can’t recommend Lemonaid enough, I’m outrageously happy with the way I’ve been treated as a patient.

Very professional, fast service! All from the comfort of home. This service is very convenient for anyone! Would highly recommend to anyone! When a UTI struck on a long holiday weekend, I was sent into a panic - my regular doctor was unavailable and I didn't want to pay an expensive urgent care fee. Lucky for me, I stumbled across Lemonaid Health during my frantic google searches. The entire process was easy, fast, and incredibly efficient. A visit may cost as little as $25, but the doctor was still very smart, caring, a good listener, and didn’t rush our video chat. I will be telling everyone about this great service. I would recommend it just as much at a higher price like $40 to $50. The app even seemed better designed in many ways than the other more expensive competitors that are charging $50 to $75.
