I had a sinus infection - classic symptoms, had it before. I really didn't want to call the doctor, negotiate for an appointment or even really to get out of bed. I was able to be seen by Dr. Liu with Lemonaid in 10 minutes. I filled out a health questionnaire. Then I video-chatted with Dr. Liu who took my history, got me some antibiotics and followed up with me. I was able to use my time to rest in bed instead of being around other sick people!
