Livia works well for me. It subsided my cramps enough, so I didn't have to take as much pain medication. The device has an aesthetically pleasing design. It is also small and discreet. The wires are quite thin. They seem easily breakable with some wear and tear. I try to only wear Livia when I don't have to move much. I am afraid of the wires bending and breaking.
