My experience with period cramps has felt like the worst. It would prevent me some days from going into work or going out for certain activities or events. But with my Livia, I no longer need to miss out on work or experiences with friends and family. It really does soothe those cramps so you can function and no one even knows you're wearing it. I couldn’t be more thankful for such a product.
