I quit using the product because it was difficult to get full coverage quickly and the product emphasized lines. Too expensive, slow delivery, and inferior products were only worth one star. Not worth any investment whatsoever!

I don’t like the product. It’s just not compatible with my skin. It makes me feel sticky and just gross. The customer service guy that I called to return the item wouldn’t listen and repeatedly tried to sell me more product. I get it’s his job to try to sell the product but when I have to tell you more than three times I’m not interested in the product and just give me an RA number to have him try to once again sell me more product is ridiculous. I don't know if customer support is on commission or what, but that’s ridiculous. After that I’ll never suggest this product to anyone.

For starters, when I first ordered it in May 2018, I didn't get charged the $20, I got charged $37. Then since May they have pulled over $300 from my bank acct. That's the full amount of the system, yet I'm still getting charged $43 and change, and when I called I was told I have two more payments and then the system will be fully paid for. The $300 I've already paid should be the end of it, but it's not.

I explained that I ordered it because I have stage III cancer and its taken a toll on me, especially how I look, I look 20 years older than I am. I told them I have not opened up or used any of the make-up or the system, and not even the free gifts. So I asked if I could send it back and was told no because it's past the 30 days. Then I asked if I can cancel the auto-ship and was again told no. I asked because I haven't used anything yet and four of the times they pulled a payment they made my bank account overdrawn and I had to pay for that.

All they have done is refund a whole whopping $20 (which they said is a late fee charge, but how can it be a late fee when they get their money every time they have pulled it from my bank account), to my account and cut my shipments to every four months and for only $9.95 (which is supposedly 75% off). So I guess I'm going to have to report them to the BBB and get a lawyer and sue them. They have left me no other choice.

I ordered my first trial kit and the make-up leaked within its packaging. This is a huge red flag and a sign of a faulty product. It took me three emails and a phone call before being told I could return the unused system and product, but at my own expense. Not regular mail, but certified mail, which will cost more than what I paid. On top of all this, there is a note inside like an IOU for a product that is out of stock...really? I also submitted pictures along with the complaint, and I still received rude and unhelpful service. Why should I have to pay to return the product that came to me as faulty?

I returned the product unused after deciding it was too much work. I purchased it at the beginning of the year, and I am still fighting with the company for my money, and for them to stop taking payments out of my account. I have contacted them multiple times and each time got the runaround and was blatantly lied to the last time. They are a shady company, and I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! They are crooks!

The product was leaking when I received it, and it sprayed out too much at one time and was leaking all over my hand, and made a huge mess. And you have to pay for shipping it back, that is not right. Never again will I order from this company, it's a rip-off.

My husband purchased the whole thing for me as a gift. Two months in I have had to throw away four foundations, which as you know are NOT CHEAP! I shake them up to use and they splatter everywhere! I take the caps off, and the whole thing broke! Four of them, not just one, four! I called customer service and they only guarantee a 30-day money back!? I will never, EVER buy anything from them again. Nor will anyone I know! I would give zero stars, but it made me give at least one!

Don’t waste your time on this product! I sent my crappy unit back following all of their directions and still did not get my money back. In fact, they started charging my card again after eight months! I have called this company so many times and they have the call center in some foreign country and they lie their butts off about "taking care of you" and do nothing to help. I am calling the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office. I am so mad about this scam! I would never but this stupid product!

The only positive is the air on my face (fans are cheaper). The application process is time-consuming and does not do as the advertisement portrays. It is relative to the pictures of fast food on the roadside signs and what you actually get. The makeup is the cheapest I have ever used, and the smell lasts as long as the makeup, thankfully not too long.

It is a scam! Your credit card will continuously be billed! After canceling my account I am still being billed. It is a scam!! Do not purchase. I would definitely not recommend!

My father ordered just after having a stoke; they confused him into buying this garbage! When he tried to return it, they refused it and month later sent more and charged more. Again, they would not return it. A horrible company takes advantage of your parents and grandparents! His name is Doug, call him if you would like.
