Please, anybody thinking of buying this product will be ripped off. It was one price for the special offer, then they kept billing month after month. You will pay over $200.00 for a machine you can buy at the hobby store for around $19.99.

Also, try getting it canceled, a real JOKE.

What they don’t tell you upfront is that it cost $250! I used this airbrush machine, and the makeup that came with it was not flattering to my skin at all. I called to return, and the sales lady talked me into trying a different color, so I waited three weeks for it to arrive. I tried it and really don’t like the whole system. I never could get it to spray evenly. It clogged up, got makeup everywhere and put it up.

I called again to return it, and there’s a voicemail that says they will call me back. They never did. Then here come charges on my credit card in the total of $250. I am stuck with this expensive piece of crap.

I would never recommend this unless you’ve just got money to burn. Thank you.

I bought the first Luminess and I was very disappointed. None of the colors were right for my skin type, and it always looks blotches no matter how much I do or as little. I feel like I wasted my money and am too scared to try the new one. I am on disability and I have MS so I can't afford a new one.

I returned my kit with a Return Authorization number on the box and inside the box like they told me to do. Two months later, I still haven't been refunded. When I called them without the tracking number, they weren't going to refund me. Who knew I was going to need a tracking number when I had the RA number on the box. Anyway, even though I canceled, they keep sending me more makeup.

I am so furious with these people. Sounds like this is what they do all day. Shame on LUMINESS! HORRIBLE customer service and product! How do you people go to sleep at night?!

I wish there was a way I can retry these people. Does anyone know what I should do?

I ONLY ordered this because the infomercial said it would not cost me ANYTHING to try it.

I call to return it and am told (by someone with an accent so strong I can't understand him) that I have to pay for shipping back. After much complaining, they told me they would refund me $10 for shipping. It will cost MORE than that.

THEN he tells me they will charge me a 25% restocking fee.

I use my AMX, which will kick the charge back to them for lying to me, but it will be a hassle. If you want to try one of these systems order it from Amazon. Much cheaper and you can return for free.

I tried to cancel my subscription twice and was promised upgraded product to try instead of canceling. I was finally able to cancel and followed all instructions to return the system. I returned it within the time limit but was STILL CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE SYSTEM. Now they tell me that I will not receive a refund unless I provide the tracking number. Their warehouse received the system. However, apparently, there is no communication between the company and the warehouse! I cannot find my post office receipt with the tracking number.

Bottone line: I was not happy with the makeup! One drop of rain on your face and it's blotchy. This company is shady! BEWARE.

First they told me they would ONLY charge my card the $1 to make sure it was a good method of payment. Well, they charged it a dollar and then $29.99. I got the product quickly plugged it in after watching the tutorial and did all I was supposed to, and the machine doesn't work! No air pressure, no sound, nothing! This is going to be a nightmare to return if all the reviews I read are accurate. Not fair. Why send me a product that does not even work, and honestly, it looks dollar store quality makeup and the machine. I am not happy.

I am going to caution each and every one of you who thinks you want to order this product. What a scam! Don’t do it! I ordered it and changed my mind. I didn’t even open the box and they only refunded $8.99 of my $79.95! This is atrocious! They will be hearing from my attorney as I’m a member of LegalShield thank heavens! I demand a refund!

The return policy is a lot of bells and whistles. You must pay for return as they do not inform you of this. You are not refunded this charge as they don't tell you while ordering. On the site you are told, "five payments of 59.99 is $ 319.90". Ladies please, please do the math, it's not, it's less. And when you have to return the unused portion, you only get charged $39.95 (now it suppose to be a trail) back, not the $34.91 for the kit. You just get $29.95 back. Then $10.00 for something they call additional options. Then they will send back in a heart beat but it takes call after call to get this small refund of $39.95 but not the $44.91 that you as a consumer spent ordering it, not to mention the $11.80 you have to pay just to return a unused item.

One does not have to have a brain to see it was never taken out off the box. So therefore it could never have been used. Good luck if you ever buy this.

I have never been so displeased with a company. The product does not look or work like they say. Upon returning, I had three charges on my account. I had to call and dispute for a refund. I do not recommend anyone to order this, merely on the reason that they charge your credit card even when have the product returned.

I purchased the product via a commercial which stated a $39 price. A month later after $42 was taken, I received my product minus the free gift (it was out of stock). A month after that a charge for $36.72 was charged to my card. I called the number and was told the product was actually $131 and the first charge wasn't the price (although it says that), it was the first payment. Of course, they refunded all my charges and gave me a 30-day free trial and if I like it I can start the three payments. This is clearly a "make you buy our product" scam.
