    Automatic stealing money from clients

    Meaningful Beauty/Guthy-Renker steals money from clients who ordered once! I did not sign up for an auto shipping! But they steal money automatically from your account! This is soooo ridiculous! All the comments I’ve read are true. I was too late reading the comments because I just ordered once, but I’m not worried before because I never signed up for auto shipping but not until they deduct money from my bank account for the second time without re-ordering their products! SCAM.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      I just discovered today that they have billed me three additional times for product I didn't order. Their business practices are criminal at best.

    Bad customer service

    I love the products, but customer service is horrible! I have been a member since 2009, and I recently have been told that I don’t have an account! I’m guessing that is because they want to raise the prices because I was on a plan. They told me that my account was canceled because I didn’t get two shipments a year. That has never been the case, and if they changed the conditions, they did not notify me! I’m not going to set up another account with them and they have lost a good customer!

    Also, the reps were not speaking very good English. So why support a company that doesn’t stay in our country? I’m very disappointed, and I hope that Cindy Crawford and whoever else is evolved does something to change this policy.

    Rant over, on to new and better products!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    In the eye of a beholder

    I bought three consecutive months of Meaningful Beauty, used all the products as described, and did not see any changes or benefits to using or paying the amount for the product.

    As a 48-year-young woman, my best advice to all is to love yourself for who you are, keep joy in your heart, and drink plenty of water; it’s the best product on the planet and it’s free.

    Peace and love always.

    Don’t order from these thieves. They will cancel your order but will tell you they never received your return and will never refund your money.

    I ordered this as a gift for my wife, and she was not impressed with the product. Of course, they enroll you in a monthly subscription without really making it known. I canceled the order and refused and returned the package as per customer service instructions. This was in November and as of today, January 1st, they say they have not received my return. They ask for a shipping receipt, but with a refusal, you don’t get a shipping receipt.

    Be careful who you order from. A $54.00 lesson learned!

    Be aware your are financing and it is $275.00 for each kit after intro!

    They claim you are getting bigger bottles on the second order. Not true, and I have pictures to prove it. I was charged $54.94 three times and got two packages with the second one containing less product. My next shipment was scheduled for March, and I would have paid two more payments before I received it.

    The product is not worth the price of $274.70 per 30-day supply.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Dishonest and deceitful

    I ordered the product under the impression that I would be ordering it this ONE time and paying once. A month later over $54 was unexpectedly taken out of my account. I never authorized this charge nor did I order anything additionally but got charged. I called customer service and spent over an hour arguing with them to get a refund. They told me the product had already been shipped and I was not satisfied with this and feel like I was ripped off.

    The product in and of itself was sub-par at best, but because of the way money was deceitfully taken out of my account, I won't use this product again and have canceled the account.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Well, I was hoping to start off saying that it has been 5 weeks and I look like Cindy. Alas, not only is that untrue, I am upset as the only thing I look like is a teenager with my first breakout, which I NEVER had in, well, never have I had a broken out face, and even worse, chest! Now I have to go through what y’all have stated to be a painful process; returns through customer service. I usually read reviews and when I don’t, look what happens.

    Impossible to cancel

    The product does not live up to its claims, and it is impossible to get them to stop billing me. Each time I call they guarantee they will cancel my subscription and when I asked for an email of confirmation I never received one. I tried working with my credit card company, but it appears Meaningful Beauty is on a runaway train and have no regard for the consumer. Shame on you Cindy Crawford.

    I ordered and canceled all makeup and beauty vitamins. They keep assuring me over the phone that nothing else would be sent yet it is continual. This is like a runaway train.

    I would not recommend this. After six weeks I see no difference in my fine lines or under eye puffiness. I was very disappointed. My second shipment never came. I canceled my subscription.

    I was very unsatisfied with the product and trying to cancel

    I ordered the package deal, but it made my skin break out. I called and cancelled by three weeks, but they still took out a payment for the next month and sent the product. I had the cancellation email they sent me. I complained, then the next month they took out the payment and sent no product. I am trying to talk to someone and getting anywhere is useless. I had to cancel my charge card to get them to stop charging me.

      Hi Theresa.

      I had problems with cancellation as well. A payment was taken after I canceled. I'm calling them to get a return label so I can return products and get a refund.

      If you find that they are giving you the runaround, just ask to speak to a supervisor and let them know that you're going to write a letter to the attorney general regarding this matter. That usually works in your favor.

      Don't pay to return the product. They'll send the return label to you and they'll give you a number to put on the box to make sure you're payment will be credited to you.

    Very disappointed, Unhappy with Company

    This product, first of all, was not good at all. The facial cleansing stuff was so thin and didn't work to take off makeup or make your face feel clean at all.

    After a few days of using it, I developed acne on my neck and face. Also, this company is such a scam. They will automatically send you packages after a certain amount of time and the one they automatically sent me was $131!

    I was so frustrated. I never even wanted more of their terrible stuff. I called customer service and sent it back without opening and they did reimburse me for the majority of it. My recommendation is to NEVER buy from this company. It is such a scam.
