I've attended many seminars and sessions but didn't get the little answers, and then landed on a Mindvalley video by the speaker Jim Kwik. That was the kick, and I've enrolled in a couple of courses and found them great.

I have purchased several of the courses and find them very helpful and interesting. Vishen is a very good speaker. The meditations are relaxing and make you feel good. I do agree that there are a few too many emails but they have an unsubscribe option available.

There is also so much free information readily shared with the purpose of raising the consciousness of our planet. I highly recommend signing up if you are a person who believes that you can help make the world a better place by first working on developing your own self. Who doesn't want to live in a world that is loving, with a full understanding that we are all intricately connected and that our actions impact everyone we come into contact with? I know that I am in the process of becoming more knowledgeable, therefore more aware of my responsibilities and my contribution to the planet. I no longer want to live my life as an island unto myself. I feel like I am at the starting point of a very exciting personal journey that I have been searching for my whole life. Thank you Vishen! You might have to run the course to understand what you want or need from the course.

I have been a Mindvalley student for almost three years. When I came across their videos, I was going through a very difficult time in my life. Since then, Mindvalley has been a part of my daily routine. It has helped me become more confident, joyful, and peaceful. My friends tell me that they do not even recognize me anymore (in a good way). I stand taller, project a more positive energy, and I feel overall happier. Do I still have bad days? Absolutely! However, I know when those days come I need to spend more time meditating and listening to the lessons.

If you are looking for a quick fix, this program will not be for you. Mindvalley challenges you to go deep within yourself and make a change, which takes time. Did I see instant results in some areas? Yes! With all things, some items were easy to overcome, and some has taken effort. I recommend you give it a try. You can access several of their teachings for free on YouTube, and their website and podcast. However, if you want to go deeper, sign up for their premium classes. They have an amazing costumer service, so if you have any problems, they are there to help you.
