I decided to open the email about ActivatedYou Morning Complete as I have had issues with bowel movements, mostly constipation. I also was recently diagnosed with a mild case of colitis. I watched the video and decided that Morning Complete might really be helpful to help me with more regular bowel movements as well as help with the healing of the colitis and adding much-needed pre and probiotics and needed nutrients to my digestive system.

I feel that Morning Complete has been very helpful strengthening my digestive system, helping me to have 1-2 bowel movements per day, as well as helping me to have more energy and just a feeling of healthfulness on a daily basis. I have recommended this product to my energy worker as well as a long time friend that has had digestive issues for a number of years. I have a very clean plant-based, gluten-free lifestyle, I am in the gym 5 to 7 days a week, and I am a health coach. I am almost 51 years old and live a busy lifestyle owning fitness gyms with my husband and raising my two plant-based teenagers who are both ranked top in the world in their fields. My son brought the bronze medal home for the United States last September. Even though my family and I look and act like the definition of health, I never could understand why at times my stomach felt a little bloated, and I felt a little depressed. I have been using this product for about three weeks now. I DO have more energy. I don't know if it's totally due to my daily morning energy drink, but something is working very well for me. I believe that Morning Complete is putting a bit more spring in my step these days. I will turn 70 on October 1st and this past year I've felt myself slowing down a bit - which is not an option for me at this time. So I've decided to use Morning Complete to help me keep up my energy level for as long as possible. I love that it's pure and designed to combat bloating.

I put it in my water thermos daily. I carry it with me everywhere. It took a couple of days to get used to the taste, but now I love it. With each sip, I tell myself that I'm doing good things for my body, and it sets me up for a wonderful day of making good diet choices.

Unfortunately, I don't see myself buying this every month. My husband and I are retired and on fixed incomes, and although your product is wonderful, I just cannot afford to keep a daily supply on hand because of the high cost. I've been taking my Morning Complete by ActivatedYou for about a month now. I can feel the fact that it wants me to eat healthier. I am in the habit of not eating that way.
