After months and years of trying different products, I've found a winner with Morning Complete. The taste is pleasing and mixes well. It takes very little time in the morning, and you're off to the races. The bottom line is that it works as advertised and is gentle to your system. The best I've ever tried. I am glad that I stocked up!
