Morning Complete was 100% beneficial to my overall health. I noticed I had more energy throughout the day as well as better digestive health! I have tried many brands and types of probiotics, but I have never experienced such an amazing result as I have with Morning Complete. My plan was to stop my soda addiction, cut carbs, and add more veggies into my diet, while also introducing Morning Complete. I did just that, and I saw major results almost immediately. My stomach shrunk massively in size; I was utterly shocked. I realized that all of that junk food and soda I'd been mindlessly consuming had caused terrible bloating. I dropped five pounds in a week! I started having tons more energy and sleeping so much better. In essence, I went from an exhausted mom who needed a can of soda and junk to get through my day to an energized, much happier, much more energetic mom who was connecting with my life and my kids and really enjoying eating healthy and nourishing my body with great food. I fully believe in the amazing benefits of probiotics and the enormous importance of a healthy microbiome in your gut, and I really love this brand. I will use it for the rest of my life!

I know that I sound like a paid reviewer, but I am really just so pleased with my results. To clarify, I did combine it with a much healthier diet, and another unexpected benefit was that when I DID eat badly, I felt terrible. Lethargic, low, and unhappy. I actually love that as it really motivates me to eat healthy because I really want to feel great! The taste at first was a bit "bleh" but I combine it with a small cup of coconut water and now I look forward to it every morning. I have been on a search for products to enhance my health for many years. I’ve tried many different products and "diets," from juicing to low calorie to high fat, but I have never felt as comfortable as I have since starting the Morning Complete. I’m not hungry and stressed about when my next meal is coming or not having the right ingredients to make supper. Yet I feel like this combination of ingredients has changed me on a cellular level.

My first experience after two weeks of taking Morning Complete was that I did not feel bloated after every meal. Then my clothes started to fit better, and I started to lose inches around my waist. I have been using Morning Complete for a few weeks now, and while it is still early days, the changes I have noticed are very promising. I don’t have to force myself to take it! This is a good start, it tastes nice and is easy to prepare and drink, so that is a huge potential hurdle cleared.

The thing I wasn’t happy about was I had to pay 122 Pounds in importing tax to get my product. If it wasn’t for this, I would give 4 to 5 stars in reviews, but it only merits 3 stars because of the money it cost me. But the product is good. I would need more time to see if it changes me with my stomach, digestive systems, and health benefits. There never used to be import tax from America before, I don’t know what’s happening, but it won’t help to sell products abroad anymore. It is too expensive now.

I wake up every morning and I have to make my bottle of Morning Complete every day first thing! I've noticed that within a week I no longer needed the big breakfast I used to, now an hour later I might eat a small cup of Greek yogurt. After 10 days or so I only needed one small cup of plain black coffee after drinking the Morning Complete. Within 2 weeks I'm completely regular (bathroom using) every day. I love this product!
