    It works!

    Overall Experience:

    Since using Morning Complete, I feel so much less bloated. I've lost 7 pounds, and my A1C level has gone down 4 points. I drink it in the morning, then have my coffee, and I am satisfied until lunch. I have my lunch and then a big salad for dinner.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
