I have been taking Morning Complete for just about 30 days, and my bloating has disappeared, and I have even lost a couple of pounds. Eliminating the bloating is what I feel best about. I look and feel better. The weight loss may or may not be associated with that, as I am eating better as well. Very happy that I chose to try this product.

I have finally found something that has helped with my bloating and constipation. Before ActivatedYou I was only going maybe once every two days. Now I am regular, three to four times a day, and my energy is slowly coming back.

I actually ordered this for my wife as she was having problems being regular. It hasn't really helped with irregularity but she does seem to have more energy and her skin looks better. Not really a lot of bloating but does seem to have a lot of flatulence.

I started taking Morning Complete about 35 days ago. I didn’t notice any change for about 20 days or so. But now I feel less bloated and sluggish. I also find myself wanting to eat and especially snack a lot less during the day. I am starting to lose some weight.

I do not have the cravings for sweet or fatty foods that I used to have. I feel it has really helped.

I am very happy with this product. I have usually made homemade smoothies from greens and berries etc,. in the mornings. I do feel that this had perpetuated the benefits of that. My only concern is that it has a strong essence of artificial sweetener - in my opinion even Stevia is "artificial." A green plant that goes into a food as a white powder seems less than natural to me. I know it is considered healthy by many, just not in my opinion. That being said (typed), I did not see Stevia listed in the ingredients, so I am wondering what the sweetener is and where it comes from. I do love having an easy greens alternative and do see many benefits of using it.
