I started taking Morning Complete about 35 days ago. I didn’t notice any change for about 20 days or so. But now I feel less bloated and sluggish. I also find myself wanting to eat and especially snack a lot less during the day. I am starting to lose some weight.
I do not have the cravings for sweet or fatty foods that I used to have. I feel it has really helped.
I recommend it.
