There isn't a whole lot to tell. I am stabilized as my gut health and SIBO systems. I enjoy the taste, with the other ingredients I use to make a good smoothie.

I have only been taking Morning Complete for around 10 days now. I am not sure how I am supposed to feel but do look forward to drinking it each morning. I am on my second order and the taste is completely different. My first batch of Morning Complete had a yummy sweet finish and aroma and this second batch is awful. Tastes bitter and smells weird. Did something happen to the formula?

I have IBS so I wanted to give this a try to see if it improved my bloating and bad digestion. Unfortunately, it hasn’t worked for me. It has made me constipated (I used to regularly go twice a day and have only gone once in the last 4 days), very bloated, and painful gas cramps. The taste isn’t good but it was fine with a lemon squeezed. I did feel more energy though and less foggy brain, so that’s a plus, but not going to the bathroom is not worth it for me.

Fifteen minutes after taking this product I got immense brain fog and for the next two days had massive migraines. It slowly went away after I stopped taking it but would not recommend for anyone.

I eat a fairly clean diet and have been taking good quality probiotics for years, but was still having trouble with chronic bloating and occasional constipation. Since taking Morning Complete, these symptoms have decreased dramatically. It is mild tasting and pleasant. My bloating has decreased significantly, and I am now "regular" two times a day. I have already recommended this to my friends. I LOVE this product!
