    Not for me - constipation, bloating, gas

    Overall Experience:

    I have IBS so I wanted to give this a try to see if it improved my bloating and bad digestion. Unfortunately, it hasn’t worked for me. It has made me constipated (I used to regularly go twice a day and have only gone once in the last 4 days), very bloated, and painful gas cramps. The taste isn’t good but it was fine with a lemon squeezed. I did feel more energy though and less foggy brain, so that’s a plus, but not going to the bathroom is not worth it for me.

    • Good ingredients
    • Bloated
    • Gas
    • Taste

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
