I cannot say enough about the service. I was kept informed along the whole process. I never had to call NewDay USA once. Every time a change or new paperwork was needed I was informed the same day.

From day one Adam Hissong did everything to ensure we got the loan and were delighted with NewDay. I had no negative info in my credit file for over 30 years. But my debt ratio was high from living on credit cards while my business cash flow was low. Unlike other companies, Adam and NewDay gave me the benefit of looking at my total credit record, not just my debt that I was trying to reduce. With every issue, Adam took control and did whatever was needed to ensure we got the loan and were delighted in all matters. Thanks.

Taylor worked extremely hard to get everything done in a timely manner. She was extremely helpful every step of the way. There was a lot of paperwork that had to move back and forth, and it wasn't always easy, but Taylor pushed on through and got things done. I feel like a burden has been lifted with paying off a lot of high-interest debt thanks to NewDay.

Working with NewDay USA was simple and a pleasure. Our agent (Michael Day) was very polite and professional. He was in constant contact with us throughout the entire loan process. They do require a lot of paperwork to be signed and proof of finances and employment, but this is understandable when purchasing a home. Michael was patient and courteous through out the process. I will be very blunt. I am thankful for their company's assistance from the start to the end. My questions were always answered in a timely matter. The one problem that I have was not being told at the beginning of the actual steps that would be taking place, such as, after the appraisal took place, which my rural home would need a good sample for E-coli and the other things. That sample needed to be taken by professional business and I paid that company. Also, the termite inspection was mandatory, and I paid that also. Both requirements were for the VA loan that I got. Then the paperwork was then signed. That was the only problem I had with the whole process.

It took six months to complete this evolution. The requirement of the VA to have the repair work completed BEFORE the loan could be closed created an ongoing situation of requiring one document after another, even though my retired/part-time employment was fully documented at the start. Additional requirements of inspections, water testing and change of roofing contractor caused delay after delay. While the closing did bring debt relief, the final cash-out was $20,000 less than initially requested (only $5,000 to me), meaning other home repair projects could not be attempted.

On a brighter note, Mr. Bernard Rocha was the epitome of professionalism and tenacity, trying to explain these requirements to a very frustrated client, and seeing this loan process through to completion.

I am a homeowner. I am NOT an electrician, a carpenter, a mason, or even a very good painter. The additional repairs required outside skills and up-front money that I didn't have. My overall impression, after three months, was New Day/VA didn't trust me to accomplish repairs to my house (that I've lived in for 26 years) on my own time, with money from this loan. It will now take more time and creative thinking for a kitchen renovation and bathroom renovation that my wife so dearly wanted.

I contacted William Boyd and everything ran perfectly.

That is until days just before closing. I received an email from you that the loan interest had dropped. I call William up to find out if my loan interest rate had dropped. I had also tried to contact Trevor, (William's relief for the holidays) but so far neither one of them has given me the courtesy of returning my phones and my emails.

The contact person with NewDay was very punctual and courteous. My wife and I both are very satisfied with the whole deal. Each step in the process was very smooth and very easy for us older people. I am very pleased to have used my VA loan right for the first time. My wife and I have now placed in a good financial situation. We feel safe in saying our financial future is on sound footing.

I am very satisfied with the way my refinance was handled. Everything went very smoothly. If I have a complaint it is on the closing. I didn't understand how the bills that were included in the refinance would be paid. I was very surprised to receive checks, which I had to make sure were mailed. I handle all my bill paying online so I had to print off statements to include with the checks to get the monies credited properly. This was a small inconvenience and really my only complaint. I feel I should have had this explained to me during the process so that I could have been prepared.

We were referred to NewDay by a friend who had refinanced their home and had a good experience. Upon contacting NewDay, we were immediately contacted in return and began the refinance experience. Because everything except closing was done by email and phone conversations, it was a fairly simple process. The response by our contact person was almost immediate each time we had a question or emailed paperwork. He made it easy and as brief as possible each time. The only hitch we had was receiving the payout checks to two of our creditors and ourselves. We were told they would be overnighted on a Friday the 15th but did not receive them until Monday the 18th. We assume this was because it was a holiday weekend. We will absolutely refer anyone we know who is thinking about refinancing their home to NewDay.

House looks sound and adequate for my son, his wife, and myself. Still needs termite prevention, spouting of course wherever appropriate and necessary, and a tighter closing of the third garage door front right sid. I am almost 90 years old (11-04-29), a Korean War veteran '52-'53, and served in the USAF a continuous 27 years. Wife is deceased. (Retired as an O5 in 1975, eight years enlisted to Tech Sergeant, OCS, and 19 years commissioned.) Very pleased with the three young ladies who completed the sale, especially my daughter in law's - Coldwell Banker, Amy Gregorcyk, Realtor. They all knew their business, and all were very helpful, especially Amy! (Thank you Sir! William Potter!) The other two ladies were Julie Vilia, and Lindsay Wessel; both very business-oriented.

This was and has been my most memorable experience of all time, and I don’t mean to sound like I’m buttering it up. From the start of our journey to this beautiful whole new life ahead of us, I can honestly say, I was honored by our agent's professional leadership and service. After inquiring about NewDay, I was contacted by Mr. Sergio Navarrete. Over a period of about two weeks, Sergio was very helpful in getting the application started, getting all of the necessary forms completed, and getting the loan closed. We were very impressed with Sergio's knowledge and his willingness to help us through the process. Today, Monday, April 1st, we received the checks for our loan payoffs and our personal money.
